It was a very good. I would like to come again. It was really very good.

We came here for just a one-night stay. The reception staff was friendly, but initially, they gave us a room with no view and a window that couldn’t be opened. Later, another staff member gave us a different room near the pool with a nice view. Our first impression was affected because they gave us a poor room when a nicer one was available. Another issue was cleanliness—the bed linen and pillows were not clean and were covered in stains. We had a continental breakfast, but it wasn’t great. The omelette had no salt at all, and the papaya they served was under-ripe. Additionally, the pool wasn’t cleaned. These areas could definitely be improved.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service at the Front Office. Special thanks to Receptionist Chathuranga he is very friendly and give me a excellent customer service during the stay , he is more supportive person, food are very tasty, room is clean and tidy ,They handled every request with professionalism and a genuine desire to make guests comfortable. Whether it was arranging a special surprise for my partner or helping with excursion bookings, they exceeded expectations. Their attention to detail and personalized service made my stay unforgettable. Thank you so much team highly recommended to everyone!

Stayed at sky gate hotel in kandy with my family. this place is very good place to stay with family. There is a very friendly staff. Special thanks to Chef Srimati and Manager Sheela. Our dinner and breakfast were also very tasty and deliciously prepared. We were staying for two days. We asked them where we can make 100 lunch packets tomorrow. At once, the chef lady told us that they will arrange it. It was really easy for us. The next day they had made and prepared 100 lunach pakat exactly on time. Our need was to make 100 lunch pakat and provide lunch to people. We also had the same lunch packet for our lunch. It was really tasty. We are very happy that we had clean and delicious food as we did not expect. we are very very thankful to the chef srimathi and manager Sheela of Sky Gate Hotel and we wish them all the best. We will definitely be back.
