  • 石青：我是经常去闸波玩滴，也经常住在海聆星汇这间酒店，这次十分不开心，酒店热水器没热水，电视机看不到。然后换另一外一间洗手间冲凉，在冲凉时服务员没敲门就直接进去了。这样的设施，这样的服务。有一点很好就是前台服务员还可以。
  • 陳：酒店算新，但地板明顯沒有拖過的，很多沙塵，我仲二樓，玻璃趟門是壞的，不能鎖，別人很輕易就能從外面爬進來，最重要一點，我是3尾去的，海陵島還是很冷，房間的綿被很薄一張，冷得我第二天要叫服務員加綿被，但結果說是要加收10元，沒有辦法還要仲兩天，所以最後也加了。
