First of all, thank you for your feedback and for appreciating the structure; it's a real shame that you found the Loft noisy, especially because lately we have replaced all the fixtures and made the structure even more comfortable! But it is likely that there are different perceptions of noise from person to person so, I'm sorry for this little inconvenience! I hope to be able to welcome you again and I also hope that next time you accept the upgrade that I suggested, that is to take the more internal loft to have more privacy and probably less noise.
