Nothing really to complain about here!
Great location & 24 hours front desk. The hotel is located on a street full of restaurants and a nice Swedish cafe with great coffee (for Europe - I’m from Melbourne) and Swedish pastries - my fiancé is from Sweden.
4/5 for amenities as there’s no gym / sauna like other hotels we’ve been to for similar prices, but that’s no biggie.

Excellent hotel, Thanks to House keeping for maintaining rooms , Breakfast was awesome, enjoyed with alot of varieties...Reception Desk were always there to help. Parking well organized...The best location in krakow...Thank you everyone for making my stay pleasant...cheers??

Kraków is truly a beautiful city!
The hotel’s location is excellent ！Suituated in the Jewish Quarter, very close to the Old Town, and extremely convenient for getting around.
The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the room’s skylight design ！ it was absolutely beautiful and made the space feel so special.
Highly recommended!

A lovely hotel in a perfect location. Nothing was too far to walk or get a tram. Staff were accommodating. We had a great time

Friendly and efficient check in . Lovely spacious room with fantastic bathroom and facilities. Great breakfast and a lovely location in the Kazimiertz district, which is packed full of bistros and bars away from the real tourist traps of the Old Town . Easy walk to the usual city attractions about 15-20 mins away

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The check in and check out were smooth, the hotel is located in a great location in the jewish district of Krakow. The room was a bit not to my expectations because I didn’t have the city views as mentioned and it didn’t make sense to pay extra for the balcony. I think at least a chair and a table on a balcony would improve the experience.

Posizione centrale, a due passi dalla città vecchia e dai principali punti di interesse.
Camera moderna e pulita. Il servizio potrebbe migliorare: per esser un 4 stelle non ci siamo. Gli asciugamani erano bucati e scuciti. L’aria condizionata, malgrado lo schermo moderno presente all’interno della camera, non poteva essere regolata: nonostante i 15 gradi esterni, usciva aria fredda… dalla reception sono state offerte altre coperte.
I flaconi dei saponi offerti in camera erano semivuoti e non ricaricati al cambio camera. Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta di più.
