酒店很好，地理位置也很好 周边很方便

位置非常好，入夜後走出来都是酒吧街，闹中取静！复古的怀旧风，与饭店很融合….，吃东西逛街喝喝小酒很方便！离附近的景点也很近。饭店服务很亲切，早餐也方便简单，还有下午茶服务～

The hotel staff are very nice. I remember Amer and the night guard were trying to satisfy all requests from guests. The rooms are well decorated with colonial style furniture. Only One thing I don’t like is the air conditioning is a bit too straight to the bed but it’s acceptable.

I travel to Penang from time to time for a getaway leisure - for its food, historical buildings, and trying all kinds of lodgings.
The look and facilities are by far my favourite in Georgetown — very tasteful arts, furnitures, coloured cushions, little book nook, lovely greens and garden, such crafty variety of how they use the space — you will always find your coziest spot. Not doing anything else, I just pampered myself finding my most comfy armchair and read.
Before visiting, I noticed previous reviews about the hygiene — I’m not particularly allergic; I think it’s fine with this price range. However compared to my next lodging, there was room to slightly improve indeed. The bathroom, floors, and furnitures are fine; it’s more about the dusty window panes and walls, and the air-con seems just too outdated and be placed facing your head when sleeping (strongly suggest they add a wind deflector).
I treasure the mere existence of how the owner wants to run this gem. Staff all so welcoming and thoughtful too, especially the 阿伯 uncle and a young guy at breakfast shift.

The location is convinced, 5-10 mins walking distance to street foods areas and lovely hotel. Is noisy from the restaurants nearby.

老建筑，中意合璧。有中式庭院，有东南亚调调的建筑。每天都不少旅客以为这是景点进来拍照打卡。酒店有只猫，孩子们很喜欢跟它玩，还给它起了个名字，Miu Miu。

在槟城算数一数二漂亮的酒店，南洋建筑风格很喜欢，外观精致复古，小花园也很漂亮，适合拍照打卡。早餐很丰富，可选择多，都很美味。酒店养的小猫咪很可爱亲人。可惜唯一不足是洗澡经常没热水，有一点点遗憾，希望能改进。

Liked the location. Walking distance to nearby places of inrerests and restaurants and street foof.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast was included, the standard american breakfast or local roti canai.
But upon checking into the room. Found a dead cockroach and a used bath towel in the room. Informed reception, who immediately went to check and removed them.
Could do with some upgrading of the property as they appeared worned and tired.

Behind the hotel room is a road, night time might be disturbed by vehicle passing by n there are quite a lot of mosquito.
