Just to share, our hotel is only about a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and around 7 minutes to the central train station, which we hope made getting around Sydney fairly easy during your stay.We also apologize for any disturbance from noise in neighboring rooms. Thank you for your kind words about our staff, they will be thrilled to hear that their efforts have been noticed and appreciated. As for our A/C, the building does run on a central Air Condition system, so unfortunately, we cannot turn off the A/C for one room, turning off the system will turn off the entire building, we do have the ability to adjust the intensity in the rooms. We also provide extra blankets and have heaters available to counteract this. Kieran
