We had a beautiful, relaxing stay at The Rocks. Watching the Kangaroos & Joeys in the early morning and late evenings. It was just what we needed and I highly recommend it.

Just perfect for our needs: very quiet, nice amenities, near...but not too near ...town. wish we had another day or two to enjoy. Would return , without hesitation. .

Beautiful space to relax and unwind. Our host Nikki was so wonderful and we loved all the little details in our villa - beautifully decorated, quality products and the landscape made it feel like we were secluded yet only a short trip to the high street

We have been to Stanthorpe yearly for the past 5 or 6 years at this time of year. We live on the Sunshine Coast and love that cool change in the weather in Stanthorpe. Starting a log fire and spending time with your partner...Wineries...Food...and the National Parks. We have stayed at numerous different places, but 31 The Rocks is the place to stay.... easily. Close to town, ($12 cab fare), so you can go out for dinner, and return to your Villa easily, and cost effectively. Nicci who owns and runs the property is professional, caring and knows all about the area. I cant thank her enough for a wonderful stay. You will love the well appointed villas. Cheers Nicci, see you next year.

Serene and private, spotlessly clean, easy drive to all local attractions. Host, Nicci, is both welcoming and unobtrusive. Loved the wood fire! WiFi can be sluggish but fine for messaging and e-browsing. Enjoyed a visit from 3 kangaroos on our last morning too.

This property was sensational. The host made our stay memorable with her recommendations on things to do and all of her communication during our stay. We would highly recommend this place, and we will be back again.

We stayed at 31The Rocks and found it to be an excellent base to explore Stanthorpe and its surroundings. The bed was comfortable, towels large and fluffy and the amenities comfortable and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the bush setting and took advantage of the trails on the property which afforded some beautiful views. Watching the sunset in the evening was a highlight. The only downside was the poor phone reception and the patchy internet, however we were advised about this prior to our visit. There is a lounge cabin a little distance from the other cabins where there is better reception. Communication was excellent. Thank you. We hope to return soon.

31 Rocks was considerate and efficient with their communication leading up to, during and after I stay. My wife and I went up for Valentines Day weekend and it was just far enough out not to listen to the hustle and bustle of the town. It was hidden in the forest and granite boulders of the area and provided a nice and peaceful outlook of the property. We didn't need to bring anything as it was all their and I mean everything. There were little welcome gifts which just highlighted how they care for the comforts and experiences of their guests. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. A lovely romantic stay. Thank you.

We stayed for 2 nights at 31 The Rocks and had a fabulous time. We booked Villa 1 which had a great little outlook where the birds and kangaroos congregated at times of the day. The villa itself was presented very well - very clean with really nice local finishings. It is fully stocked with kitchen items and we used the BBQ on the deck for some delicious steaks. For city slickers who care the TV is fairly old and does not support some channels, but we weren't there to watch TV anyway. It's a really handy location less than 2km from town and in a quiet location. Nicci made us feel welcome and we'll definitely be back.
