Breakfast not so fantastic, should increase the spread choice, reception was ok

前台拒绝承认我订了两间豪华双卧室房间，几经争取，他们才肯找出有关预订，令我非常十分监介。
此外今早强行要我缴付19,000菲币，作为早餐费和遗失毛中和水吧饮品消费，最终退还10,000菲币，事实两间房间已包括8位早餐费。
我从未遇到类似情况，而佢老是要我拿出证据自辩，不认真翻查有预订的详情，太无理取闹。
永不会选择这酒店！

Kudos to the GM Aries & the rest of the team for quickly correcting mistakes & making sure that my stay is a pleasant one. The hotel is conveniently located in an easy to access part of Angeles City, near to everything you need but quiet enough to provide one with peace & serenity. The staff were friendly, warm & accommodating. The pool is inviting & the atmosphere is great. I’ll book here again for my next visit in Angeles City.

It was quite hard to contact them since the phone provided on the app was not updated, it was also hard to find an email address. The location is OK, there is a chapel, an italian restaurant and a cafe right in front of it. The service was slow and their coffee was not as expected in the restaurant. Their breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious. What amazed me the most, was the views from the room.
