Guests shall have access to all areas of the property and are allowed to use kitchen facilities and TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The patio gas heater, BBQ and hot tub are out of bounds.

Other things to note
Before leaving the house please could you check the gas knobs on the hob are all turned off and the red switch on the wall is switched off also ( you'll see it left side of the air vent) and all lights are switched off ( don’t forget down stairs toilet light) and all Windows and doors are locked securely as you leave.
Please leave the front door key in the lockbox for the cleaners to tidy after your stay.
