Friendly staff and looked after our bags before check in. They took our as up to the room while we were out! The room was clean and was in a good location to walk into The centre

房间还可以，位置离唐人街不远，去周围吃饭方便。花洒温度不稳定，时冷时热，不是用水高峯期也这样。一楼有免费的水果和茶水很不错

Great location, really close to the central station! Room size enough for a family trip. The shower water is not warm enough at the first night stay but this is fixed the following day. Overall good experience to stay here.

位置非常好，隔离就系Central Station同埋Haymarket，极为方便工作人员服务态度好，耐心解答，办事效率高卫生条件都好好，每日都有保洁人员清洁换床铺如果下次再嚟悉尼都会拣返呢度??

It was a decent stay at Hotel 57. Natural advantage given location of the hotel, with tons of food options nearby, and walking distance to most of my meetings in midtown Manhattan. I find the design of the room sub par. For instance, the TV is above the study area, and the latter is kinda boxed up. The tap lever in the toilet needs to be pushed in to on the water supply, which is unintuitive. There isn’t a natural spot to open up the luggage for packing. Overall, the pros do outweigh the cons for the most part.

大堂服务超好超赞，耐心又细致！酒店衞生和设施整体还可以，酒店位置也非常方便，唯一的是洗脸池下水道有点堵，衞生间排气扇不转。

Pro: 1. Hotel is close to Central Station. 2. I have got room upgraded. Thanks to front desk staff (Mac). 3. Hotel provide complimentary coffee facility at lobby. Con: 1. TV system is outdated. Need to improve. Which allow guest can stream youtube, netflix from their mobile phone to TV. 2. It just happened on the 3rd day of our stay, the water heater broke down in the afternoon, couldn't take shower and probably after 4 hours it is fixed. 3. The tel handset in the room is not working.

First impressions for my 4-night stay were bad, and although things did improve after that, I don't plan to stay here again. When I arrived to check-in, I was early, and reception said they could check me in early but I would have to pay a $40 fee, not something I’ve experienced in any other hotel in Sydney or anywhere else in the world. Then when paying the security deposit straight after that, I asked if I could use Apple Pay and they said I could but the fee would be $100 rather than $10, leaving me wondering what the next fee I would be asked for would be. They then decided to check me in without the $40 fee, and I used a card for the security deposit. Management insisted that these are their policies, meaning that people who like me don't like this money-centred approach need to choose other hotels. The room was also small, and there’s no kettle. Yes there’s coffee in reception but it’s much more convenient to have it in the room, and this facility is standard in other Sydney hotels. The air conditioner in the room also didn't work properly, but a positive was that hotel reception readily moved me to another room. Although this room was the same room type, it had a better layout and I ended up staying a further night. Cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Location is also excellent, being just a 5-minute walk from Central Station.
