The room was pretty depressing. Apparently it had been recently renovated but it felt tired. The lighting was poor and a few bulbs didn’t work and the ones that did were different colours. Wouldn’t stay again as it is

Great location to beach and cafes. Lovely staff.
Parking is pretty tight. Shower was a teeny tiny dirty looking shub. Lots of noise from the corridor.

Great handy location to Mount Maunganui, hot pools, cafes etc. Makes walking easy!
Great condition of the property and nice comfy bed.

Sehr schmutzig! Zimmer nichts besonderes. würde ich nicht empfehlen.

Das 6 on Adams bietet sehr ger?umige Zimmer und eine sehr gute Ausstattung bei Top Lage direkt am Fu?e des Mounts zwischen Pilot Bay und Beach. Die Sauberkeit h?tte noch ein bisschen besser sein k?nnen. Auch waren Shampoo und ?hnliches leer. Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Air conditioner was not working. We weren't told of this and only found out by the sign on the conditioner. No plug for the sink. Soap dispenser empty in shower. Sauce pan lid but no pan. Washing machine but dryer or line to hang washing. Key card stopped working after the first night. Car parks are very small, ok for little cars but SUV or Ute parking is hard to fit. I don't usually do reviews but i thought id share as this room was very expensive.
