Really enjoyed our stay here , only stayed for one night as we were travelling but it was a nice relaxing quiet stay away from all the noise.
Would recommended this place for people who want to escape their busy lives and just reset before heading on their way.

Super sweet hosts!
Our hosts went above and beyond. They welcomed us in and even let us use their own washer and dryer, because we had a baby and needed to wash some clothes for her. Then we forgot our baby carrier and they shipped it to us. Super sweet family and very nice and clean and good location. We came from Hobbiton and it was a great place to stay on our way to Auckland.

Wish this hotel runs long so I can visit again next time. Hosts were so nice and breakfast for the next day was prepared when we checked in. Such a cozy stay

Very nice location a bit outside of town. Owner is very helpful but a sign indicates the place is for sale.

We did not see anyone at the property our name was on the door and the key was in the room very easy after a long drive.
The only downfall was 2 muesli bars a tub of yoghurt and fruit does not make a continental breakfast. All in all a great place to stay.

Really good place to stay. Nice and clean, with aircon and even access to a salt water pool. Approximately 25 minute's walk from Five Stags - a good place to grab dinner and a few pints. The cast iron steaks and lamb were a really good experience for us.
