饭店就在车站对面，离各大景点都很近，交通很方便，附近也非常热闹。饭店的接待人员非常热情友善，会主动询问是否需要存放行李或是市区地图等协助！房间很宽敞，还有简易厨房，住起来非常舒适。

Good service and nice location

刚开始一直没找着，酒店入口在转角的大门进去2楼，（麦当劳和kfc中间的）前台小姐姐超级热情，向我们认真介绍了各种房间设施，迷你吧第一天免费。在这换乘火车，和去附近景点都很方便，缺点就是晚上有点吵，但酒店有提供耳塞。

The location a super convenient. The train station is just opposite to you. There are so many restaurants and shops, supermarket and convenient store around. We are a group of 8 ppl, staying in 2 big rooms. The description of the room size is 28 sqm, but I think it is doubled. There is a little kitchen with a dish washing machine in it. Very nice to have a space to make a quick breakfast there. Kitchenware and the whole room are very clean. I found many comments talking about the noise, but we don’t hear any during or before our sleep. The staff are so nice and helpful, always have a smile on their face. We felt welcomed. We had a wonderful stay and definitely will stay here again if we come to Florence again.

The location is perfect, right opposite to the train station, on top of the McDonald's. The attractions of Florence are within walkable distance from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The sound proof of the room is not ideal. Our room is on top of McDonald's and facing the train station, there were a lot of people gathering at the train station at night time. The noise from the people talking and laughing could easily be heard. We are on the second floor, so the noise of traffic is another issue at night time. When we checked out, I discovered the hotel provided ear plugs which I didn't discover when I moved in, that means the hotel is aware of the noise issue. The staff checked with us about our experience when checked out, we told them about the noise problem, they said if we raised the issue earlier, they could relocate us to another room which is not facing the main street. If noise is a concern to you but you prefer this easy location, be aware to talk to the staff and get a quiet room.

.Die Zimmer sind sch?n und sauber. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind nett und geben gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Das Frühstück war gut und es gab viel Auswahl.

Very well located right opposite the train station, walking distance to major attractions. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room is clean and big. Recommended!

这家真的好 本来以为弗罗伦萨的酒店都很小 但没想到这是最大的可能给我升级了房型 挺好的 虽然在火车站旁边也很安全的感觉没有想象中的乱 交通也很方便
