Room very spacious and clean. Beds firm and comfortable.
Staff very friendly and helpful but not overly attentive in the S Bar & Bistro. That said food was good with decent portions.

Staying at this hotel is most definitely the full package. Location wise with ample parking, friendly staff, amazing dining plus in the immediate area fantastic shopping options plus bars for all tastes.

I called prior to arrival about room service availability on Christmas Eve 24th and Christmas night 25th and was assured it was open 24/7. This was not the case. I planned to order room service for 4 people and have snacks while opening gifts in my room. We did not shop at Dunne’s due to being told room service would be available. We didn’t starve but were very disappointed at this misinformation. Otherwise, good stay.

Everything from start to finish of our stay was brilliant mary at the check in was so lovely she couldn't do enfough for us

Shirt stained with old water in a very very old iron. Tired room. Not the standard you expect from a Sheraton hotel!
