The BonRoyal clearly exceeded my expectations, I was pleasantly surprised to realize " This Hotel stay was one of my most cherished". The staff, from the Management to the front desk,room service, spa and laundry was truly enjoyable. While in Addis Ababa the BonRoyal Hotel is a must stay. I will recommend this fine facility to All my friends and associates.

I spent 2 weeks in this hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, have AC, WiFi, cable TV, fridge and are comfortable. The food is ok. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and nice staff here. I want to check in early as my flight arrived early. Initially nedd to pay extra for early check in but I told staff that I just need a shower and leaving hotel to tour and he us very nice to give complimentary.

I really enjoyed my stay at TH BonRoyal Hotel. The location in Bole is very convenient, especially if you need quick access to the airport, and getting around the area is easy. The hotel has a modern, well-kept feel—calm, organized, and comfortable without being sterile. My room was clean, practical, and nicely finished, with a very comfortable bed and a good bathroom, which made it easy to rest after travel. For what you get, the value is excellent and the overall experience feels worth the price. Cleanliness stood out throughout, not just in the room but also in the common areas. Considering the proximity to the airport, noise was surprisingly low and I slept well with the windows closed. The service was the highlight: friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, especially at the front desk where everything was handled quickly and professionally. The amenities are solid for a short stay—reliable Wi-Fi, good food options, and useful facilities—and the airport transfer is a big plus that takes a lot of stress out of arrival and departure.

“I stayed at TH Bonroyal for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and atmosphere was great.The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help with restaurant recommendations. The location is perfect—walking distance to the airport and public transport.the breakfast options were excellent and the quality extremely great, overall this hotel offers great value and I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days when attending a workshop. The hotel is well located - one can actually get there by walking straight from the airport. Rooms are clean and pleasant. The bar brews a formidable espressos. The weak point is the noise - hotel is close to a busy road and traffic can be heard all night (I like to sleep with open windows for air, so perhaps it is better when one closes the window). But the most important thing about my stay, and the best praise I can give the hotel for is the following story. I have left one of my shirts in the room wardrobe. I basically thought I had lost it. But when I messaged the hotel on their Whatsapp number taken off their website, I got an immediate response. The shirt has been found, and I left it to the hotel and my colleague in Addis to arrange for its pick up. It all worked beautifully. The person on the other side of Whatsapp was very helpful and responding to all my messages immediately. Five stars for this!

This hotel is ok. Nothing special about it. Rooms are the same but they will tell you they gave you the best room. Anyway, what was annoying is how they charge, when you book the room you should pay in dollars, they charged me in birr which they should not do and the charge was slightly high. I didn’t appreciate it, and for that I don’t think I will stay in this hotel again.

不在主路上，没有接驳车的话可能不太好找服务很好，入住期间受伤酒店帮忙打车去药店衞生不错，适合短期住
