I stayed here for 5 nights recently and it was pleasant, convenient to the city centre, shop nearby, warm inside, which is a bonus because I am cold, no issues what so ever and will be returning.

Quite disappointed with our stay here. We booked this for our friends birthday night out and chose this as it said the studio was in the centre next to bigg market which was very ideal for us. However when I finally got the details for our studio, it was a 15 minute walk away from where it said it would be. The room was not what it looked like on any photos and was quite simply and tiny room with very uncomfortable beds, a broken wardrobe, and a tiny bathroom. We looked past this as we were only going to be sleeping in it. When we returned to the studio later that evening all i could smell was cat litter. It STANK. It was that bad the smell actually went onto my hair and it’s all I could smell the next day. I think it’s a sewage problem as the toilet hardly flushed but it made our stay even worse. Didn’t help that the window opened about 5cm and there is no air con or air freshener to mask the smell. Communication was awful. When we booked we got told nothing. No info just check in time is this time. The number I was given to contact was the main AA office not the property bosses. Then this guy tells me a whatsapp group gets created the day of arrival. I get added to this group of myself a 7 employees. Tells me I cannot proceed until i sent ID, so I do. 3 hours later I get a long message with what I need to do. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. I won’t be telling people to book with these guys or stay in their properties. ￡120 for one night in that dump was abysmal and daylight robbery. And the smell of cat litter will haunt me for the rest of my life.

What a super place to base our stay in Newcastle. The room was perfect for.our needs. Clean, tidy and well kitted out. The bed was comfy, the room was warm, the shower was hot. All.in all we had no complaints. The owners were in constant contact with us to ensure all out needs were met.

房间很大，设施很新，但是没有吹风机也没有沐浴露这些都没有提前告知，而且价格比平日里竟然涨价1000，涨到了1300多，这也是我不能理解的，然后也没有前台服务，房间还算安全，不过地理位置很偏附近没有吃的
