As you mention, we are reviewed as 'Exceptional' and work hard for that rating as was the case received today both before and after your review, but we understand not everyone can be pleased all the time. We do wish you well in your travels. Also, just to clarify, our housekeepers work very hard and it is reflected in our reviews when it comes to cleanliness. I created the Venmo so that guests who do not carry cash, something that is becoming less frequent these days, can leave a tip if they desire. You are the first to comment negatively about it, rather everyone seems to think it helpful and something they plan on recommending to hotels they plan to stay at in the future. I apologize if creating an alternative to cash was off-putting to you.
