Location is in the heart of the town centre, everything is easily accessible, lots to do in the local area. Not too far of a walk from train station. Beautiful room. Great customer service and staff at reception desk. Stunning bed, best sleep ever, comfiest and most relaxing. People and locals are amazing. Breakfast has a good variety and staff there are lovely also. All in all it’s a positive all rounder. I would 100% recommend and I’ll definitely be back to stay again fairly soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Was in Burnley for one night, hotels rooms are spacious, clean and come with a mini bar which was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and the hotel has its own secure car park. Would certainly stay again

Parking was good but we struggled to get in with the codes. Thankfully a member of staff let us in. We only stayed one night and it was in the O Hagan Suite (one of the best rooms) - good value but it was a Sunday night. Good things - comfy clean bed. Shower was great. Loved the projector. Not so good - no water in room , just a fridge full of fizzy sugary drinks which neither of us could drink. We asked for some water and was told they were awaiting delivery. Couldn't even buy any. Breakfast is no longer served in the Food Hall but is in a local coffee shop shortly walk away. Just 3 things on the menu - large "full English", smaller "full English" or yoghurt or oats with berries. No cereal or pastries and just one drink. They were really busy too (Monday morning around 8am ) which meant breakfast didn't arrive till after coffee was finished. Staff that we encountered at the hotel were lovely and helpful within their means. Not a bad stay but some tweaks and it could be great!

A tranquil centre point in the bustling heart of Burnley. Shut the door and enjoy the peace and warmth of this lovely little hotel. It's spotlessly clean and comfy. And the cafe round the corner which does breakfast is delightfully cheery. Staff are relax3d and welcoming.

Was really nice stay and lovely hotel, we arrived and it was raining so me and my partner wanted a coffee so we used the small milks that was provided, but to let it down in the morning when I asked if we could have a couple more as we was awake a hour and half before breakfast, and was told no will have to wait for breakfast, you can get a bit of milk in the worst hotels in England, so that let it down a little bit sorry.

This hotel was fantastic for our Business trip to Burnley. The staff were very friendly and informative and the rooms were great. We booked four rooms in total and every single one of them was lovely. The hotel is clean, they provided loads of complimentary items and it was a very easy process from check in to check out.

The hotel’s central location was a huge plus and the room itself was a real treat. The projector TV was my favourite feature, and the space was incredibly generous. The decor was five-star and I was pleasantly surprised by the luxury at such a low price. Night security was also reassuring.

Great luxury rooms in a perfect high street location. Cleaned daily, very comfortable, and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a hotel in or near Burnley and this came up on a search. It’s an interesting model. Check in, access to the car park and your room are all handled remotely via access codes which all worked very smoothly for us. The hotel is lovely, really big modern rooms, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, aircon, coffee machine and a kettle and a free mini bar (no alcohol). It’s right in the centre -we stayed on a Saturday night) so there is a little noise but nothing too bad and they have a gated car park (but not quite enough room if everyone has a car). It was great value and really nice, I’d stay again without hesitation. The only possible downside with the model is staff availability. I had a query when we arrived and tried calling but nobody answered. To be fair if it had been important I would have tried again or gone to the food hall. Also when we arrived back in the evening somebody came to make sure we were ok and checked in.

Unfortunately, I needed to cancel a booking but I couldn't find the cancellation policy anywhere. Phoned (answerphone) and left emails but it took nearly 24 hours (and more attempts) until I got a reply. Turns out the cancellation policy is on the booking page when you book but after that it is NOT available anywhere on the website or on the confirmation emails (despite the website saying it is on the emails). I didn't expect to get all my money back but I might not have lost all of it if the cancellation information had been available or phones had been answered...
