We stayed with you in Chalet No. 2 from 18th to 20th Dec and I'd like to send you this feedback. Firstly, we have a very good experience in booking the chalet. It was swift, quick and easy. The rates were also reasonable. Departure was also convenient and zero touch, hassle free. We are a family of 2 adults, Husband, wife and a teen daughter from Singapore who wanted a few days of quite, restful break from the city life, amidst some idyllic, laid back countryside with some natural greenery and birdsongs. The Chalet delivered all the above very well and some more. It was clean, neat, well maintained, with all the amenities, airy, cozy, quite and very peaceful. Also each Chalet was some distance from other Chalets, which gave privacy and we could open the very large windows for some fresh air although, the temperature inside was already several degrees lower than the city due to the large trees surrounding the Chalet and the gentle forest breeze. Bonus was the clean air without noise and light pollution which made star gazing in the night an experience to recount and we stayed on the porch to watch the constellations night after night. We felt at home and would visit again, if our travels bring us to Margaret River region. Thank you for you hospitality, and making good on some minor shortfall of cooking condiments early in the morning heeding to our urgent WhatsApp request. Perhaps one thing you could do ease the arrival tiredness of guests is add a quart of milk for making coffee. Agreeably, there was ground coffee, sugar and coffee press in the kitchen. Some of us drink white coffee too :-)
Absolutely brilliant stay, lovely and clean, comfortable rooms and a great space for the whole family (6 adults, 1 child and a baby). Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need and more. Great location, very peaceful with visit from kangaroos , bunnies and kookaburras .

Fantastic chalet - very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Really quiet and peaceful. Two very good bathrooms. Close to town and one extra special moment, when we were up close and personal to a wild kangaroo who visited us - amazing
The chalet that I stayed in was really nice and tucked away in the Margaret river wilderness. The accommodation was well kept and clean, the host was really responsive and understanding when we were trying to check in. I would definitely book with Dean again.
This chalet was in a great location and worked really well for our group of three families. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids had plenty of room to play, and the utilities were all in good working order. The only drawback was the grass, which was dry and not in the best condition, but that’s to be expected in the middle of summer. Overall, it was a lovely stay and a great place for families to spend quality time together.
We stayed in Chalet Number One (two bedrooms) for four nights, using it as a base to explore the Margaret River area. It has a perfect location, betweeen town and the beach. We loved the sparkling clean home, generous ensuite bathrooms and well appointed kitchen. The large back deck was perfect for relaxing and watching the ducks, rabbits, kangaroos and abundant birdlife. There were two of us, but plenty of space for two couples or a family of four.
We had a great stay. The area is so quiet and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes from the centre of town. We are already thinking about when we can another stay.

Unfortunately our issues are the hospitality; being ignored and further request for support disregard & rude attitude. On arrival the 41 degree day all the windows were left open/blinds up and the aircon barely working, we were told to use fans to cool it down. There was no attempt of support from the host. The listing states aircon but should note that it’s only in the kitchen/living and needs work. We had to drag a mattress to the living with aircon for us to sleep. Note when booking for 2 adults you don’t get the entire chalet made up. We requested a towel for our infant not realising not included unless you pay the $30 for high chair/cot fee even booking an infant. Given the amount we paid we expected more, especially customer service. Don’t expect acknowledgement or attempts of assistance as we’ve found out like other reviews.
