The really nice staff made us feel very welcome. If you're a good walker, you can walk to the Cita' Alta from the hotel. The rooms are bright, airy, and clean. Nice decor too. We had a room over the street, but the solid windows kept car traffic noise to a minimum. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel.

Our hotel was easily accessed from the airport by taking the number one bus to the university degli studi di Bergamo bus stop. Our room was what we call a serviced room. It had a shower, toilet, bidet, a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave too. It was located in a residential with a nice bar just 50 meters away where you can get drinks, coffee and snacks. Breakfast is not included in the rate but, there are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The room itself has air conditioning and is very quiet at nights too. The bed was comfortable as well. I would certainly recommend a short stay here.

Fantastic location, fantastic service, fantastic accomodation. Clean, modern rooms in the heart of Bergamo. Loving it! Quiet at night, with no clubs nearby is a great place if you like to get some sleep. Includes the shower, comfy beds and a fridge.

Fantastisk service. Da der ikke var d?gn?bent fik vi de bedste beskrivelser sendt med video og tekst ?beskrivelser af b?de hvordan vi kom ind og hvor vi kunne parkerer vores bil, det var ud over hvad man kan forvente, super dejligt, trygt og en helt perfekt hj?lp. Virkelig hj?lpsomt og en s?rlig ekstra service.

Pas de volets aux fenêtres, une fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir qui est éclairé toute la nuit donc difficile d'être dans le noir pour dormir ; une seule pièce pour 6, une table pour 4 alors qu'il y a 6 couchages, petit équipement insuffisant ; sinon, c'est bien situé, au calme et nos interlocuteurs étaient tout à fait courtois et serviables.

Costa come un vero hotel ma il servizio è da ostello! Stanza FREDDA, molto RUMORE dal piano di sopra, orrendo e inutile angolo cottura davanti al letto, dieci minuti per far arrivare l'acqua calda nella doccia, solo un telo doccia ma niente asciugamani!
