Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans ce petit h?tel de 9 chambres où l'accueil et le service sont sympathiques, le petit-déjeuner de bonne qualité, les chambres rénovées et l'emplacement au calme dans une petite rue étroite, à mi distance à pied entre la place Saint -Marc et le parking de bus (Piazzale Roma) pour l'aéroport. Bref, une très bonne adresse pour découvrir la ville.

Every single staff member, particularly the lady at the front who also prepares breakfast every morning, was beyond AMAZING! They made my very first trip in Italy one and only and unforgettable. And I would happily leave five stars on breakfast; pastries, croissants, protein, fruits, and lovely cappuccino she makes for us were all so so good! I am so glad I decided to stay at this wonderful hotel and will definitely come back here next time visiting Venice again!!

What a fantastic stay! The staff was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was far enough out of the main tourist area that our room was silent but it was close enough not have to walk far to anything. There was particularly hot weather and the air condition felt wonderful. Clearly Acca Hotel has been newly remodeled. Everything was very new. Interestingly, google still shows this hotel with one star but it is absolutely not a one star hotel. We loved our stay!

No card lock for main door (yet)
Rooms are very nicely designed. There is no desk or other surface to place a laptop (and therefore no chair) - perhaps not a deal killer, but important to know. A big problem is the lack of a card lock to the main door of the hotel (work in progress). When the receptionist runs an errand, you will be waiting in front of a "back soon" sign. Staff shrugged off this concern.

Looking at the photos on here it has clearly be recently refurbished. I stayed this weekend. The staff are very helpful and really friendly, I was a solo traveler but families were there also. Breakfast was very nice and the coffee is amazing. Rooms are great and very clean and modernised but with style and charm. I really loved the hotel, it isn't 5 star but it felt much more upmarket than the price paid compared to looking at others in this price point, certainly great value for money. It is off the main streets but very central (San Polo, so was perfect for exploring on foot. Hotel felt very clean, safe and was comfortable. I'd definitely return.
