Friendly and lovely staff always being so apologetic and patient with our feedback. However we find the hotel very dusty and triggers our allergies. Their use of bed toppers (the throw blanket) and the sofa by the window is so full of dust and crumbs, one would wonder when is the last time those were cleaned.
The room was not made up twice during our stay, and we came back to the hotel at the end of the day and had to request for it to be made. Room amenities were not topped up (had to let them know that we ran out of body soap). Had to specifically requested for the room to be vaccumed (and watch them do so) as we found stones/rocks/ dust on the floor for 2 nights that was there since we checked in.
We had a generally pleasant but itchy stay.

房间还不错，很乾净整洁，但是一楼在周末晚上会变成club，音乐非常大，如果住在低层会吵的睡不着…我就从3楼换到了7楼，才算可以安静休息！
旁边就有个咖啡厅，早上出门买咖啡很方便

非常喜欢这个酒店的设计，麻雀虽小五脏俱全，挺乾净的，离地铁Museum站大概步行10分钟左右，国庆来住了三晚，去city很方便～

酒店设计非常棒，很有俏皮巧思的design，就是酒店的房间、淋浴间还有厕所有点儿小，对我这种亚洲小体格都有点不nice 了，不知道欧美大块头们要如何应对。晚上餐厅变身Bar，会有很多当地人来打卡。非常赞。

位置很方便，离china town和中央车站都不远，也处在悉尼潮流区surry hills的入口位置，房间里巧思很多，尤其是各种酒很喜欢

施设自体とてもおしゃれでアクセスも良いが、部屋の清扫が一部行き届いておらず、食べかすのようなものが机にあった。またスリッパの配备はなく、アメニティも简易的であったがシャンプーリンスはこだわりがあるようで、とても良かった。

房间挺小的 艺术酒店灯光昏暗 装修很新。还有个电唱机 碟都不太好听。楼下酒吧活动很多 进门时很吵 不过楼上听不到。外面关门床头会震 可接受范围。叫过一次早餐进屋 味道不错。步行可达唐人街 对面一个泰国餐馆不错 就是冬阴功汤很辣要当心哈
