Thank you very much for your feedback and for highlighting this point.A few months ago a guest mentioned that the beds were too soft, so on the third day we spent €900 to replace both mattresses with brand new ones.Since then, some guests say the new beds are a little hard while others say they are comfortable.Honestly, we are trying our best to find the perfect balance, but it’s really difficult to satisfy everyone’s preference.We truly appreciate your comments and will continue to improve wherever possible.
