Location is alright about 10 mins walk to the nearest BTS.
My biggest gripe and unhappiness was that the cleaning staff cleaning the rooms at the same floor was so loud that I could hear thudding noise all day and even early in the morning and that made me couldn't sleep well.

Once again a memorable stay. One night only but we sat in the garden, which is a charming and peaceful oasis, for 6 hours during the afternoon and evening. The lighting at night is spectacular . Great food. Excellent staff. Sensible prices. What’s not to like? Highly recommended.

Wonderful breakfast and very friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised that the breakfast eggs included eggs royale and eggs benedict. The noodles station changed daily and I looked forward to breakfast. The afternoon tea station at the lobby restaurant was complimentary and very innovative. Reception was very reachable by phone call as well.
They accommodated my request to receive deliveries of large flower bouquets and they were also very sweet to decorate the room for us. They also allowed for late checkout of an hour due to our our later flight.
The water given was clean and the bathrobes, towels, toothbrush, and other toiletries were of good quality.
Location is a little tricky as the hotel is relatively new and the Grab (rideshare) pin stops you near the hospital. Its fine when we were going around the city. But during entry and departure with our luggage it was rather troublesome.
Only not giving it the full 5 stars for all categories for 2 things:
1. Picture of room in the app and online is quite different from the actual room, to the point I had to clarify with reception what type of room I had been given. The toilet and shower were separated into 2 glass rooms. The toilet/shower was not in a different room but just a step away from the sleeping area and fully visible in the room. I had the same experience in a different hotel in Thailand which was why I made sure to check the photos before booking. This was why I was shocked by what I got.
2. There was a blackout which only affected our block of apartments. We were panicked and headed to the reception in our bathrobes while everyone was having Christmas dinners. The reception was calm and said they were aware of the blackout and engineer was looking into it. There was an awkward long pause. We finally said "okay? We'll go back to the room?" And then we walked back to the room and sat in the dark till the lights came on. But a manager did come over after a while frantic and checking in on us so we felt heaps better.
Overall will recommend this hotel and just be aware the rooms layout includes the shower and WC in full view of all in the room.

This hotel located at Sukhumvit 1 area very closed to Bumrungrad hospital from 220m. (also have the shuttle service to hospital too)
I stayed for 2 nights because of need to stay very closed to the hospital. The services of Ad lib hotel so wonderful. Clean room and the breakfast is so good. And all of the staffs are very nice and helpful.

Amazing hotel and staff that are super welcoming. Everyone goes above and beyond during our two weeks stay in the hotel. Rooms and spacious and comfortable! Very clean as well.

被這家酒店公共場所的綠化設計所吸引,再加上也許有水軍參入的極好評,訂了兩天晚上。目前的后悔由于多種原因:
1. 宣傳照片的房間寬敞范圍感完全不符合事實。照片里沒有顯示會有房中的粗大柱子直接面對著床,風水壓人。
窗外的綠化也極少,完全看的也聽的清楚就在一樓之下的停車場,噪音和”景色”讓人從不想開窗簾采光。
2. 入住時是傍晚,直接從飛機場過來的,前臺的小妹説只剩下了一樓的一間房子,沒有任何其他的選擇。如果想換房,必須要等到明天再説。
我説提前通過點評申請了無噪音、遠離電梯的房間,而且被確認了,怎么只剩下一間一樓的房子了,沒有被預留合適的房間?她説酒店已經滿了,沒其他選擇。
我回為什么點評的客人經常在國外遇到這種”沒有選擇”的待遇,她沉默了一會兒,然后”變出了”一間二樓的房子。住滿了怎么可能有第二間房子的出現?可見是謊言。
加之,這位前臺的咬字有明顯障礙,根本聽不懂她的英語(姐是接觸過很多不同英語口音的人,沒見過這么不清晰發音的)。有語言障礙的人做旅游勝地前臺似乎不太合適。
3. 房間的簡陋讓照片證明吧,材質、用品、感覺還不如二線城市的商務酒店。洗澡用品連護發素都沒有,也沒有穿衣鏡、能用來護膚化粧的平臺空間和鏡子。最終只能説淋浴水量不錯。
加之,燈光設計都是從上照下,導致容易出現上色不均勻,不好控制用品濃度的問題。
4. 早餐選擇一般,水果質量不太好。服務極慢,尤其是那位只服務白人旅客,不理睬亞洲客人的胖小姐。我站在她身后二十秒種等待登錄,她就是不轉身,裝著沒看見人。好可笑。
然后其他服務員習慣性給她補短,不知是否是酒店經理的某某人才這般德性。
5.房間隔音很差很差:樓上的人拔出充電器、隔壁住客的動作、對話、孩子的尖叫你會有足足三維感的體驗。
6. 要離開曼谷這天,申請了延遲一個小時的退房,前臺態度不錯,搬行李的大哥也很熱情,但是很不幸這家酒店的位置不好找,在小巷子里,而且在Grab叫車軟件上只顯示”后門”做為上車地點,怎么糾正都不行。
他們后門是封閉的,所以我兩次趕飛機呼叫車都必須取消了,而且被罰款62泰銖,因為司機找不到正門,也不接電話。搬行李大哥主動把我的手機拿給前臺,但是前臺好像沒反應,大哥也解決不了司機找不到地方,聯系不上的問題。
整個過程浪費了15-20分鐘后,我著急了—曼谷的堵車是隨時的—拖了大箱子走出這條街到醫院對面,終于獲得了能用的上車點。來接我的是更貴、更破,司機身上有異味的出租車,算是這兩天在Ad Lib 的體驗的完美尾聲。(良心話:司機大叔技術高超,提前讓我到達機場,還是老司機有功夫底子。)
總而言之,覺得Ad Lib是用表面美顏招引客人的,具體體驗其實很簡陋粗糙,最讓人覺得惡心的是前臺和餐飲區的服務員喜笑顏開的接待白人旅客,對亞洲的客人就愛理不理了。其實他們也是黃種人,能不能有點骨氣呀?

Boutique hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room. Breakfast is good. Location wise is so-so, the nearest BTS is about 8mins walking distance away.

Очень понравилась отель! Расположен удобно, до станции метро 5/7 минут. Сам район удобный - магазины, кафе, все рядом. Отель живописный, чистый. Сервис ненавязчивый и милый. Завтраки супер. Очень понравилось??

アメニティーは、歯ブラシと他何かありました。
ドライヤーとバスローブがありました。
シャンプーボディーソープ一応ありますが持って行ったほうがいいです。
充電器は日本のもの使えます。
メイン通りまでトゥクトゥクを出してくれるのがめっちゃ良かったです!!
また泊まりたいと思うくらいいいホテルでした!
