We went to Aiora Suites by Booking Kottas in September 2024 and we had a great time. It has a new location, all the necessary facilities, very clean, daily cleaning, a few meters from a wonderful beach. From the balcony, you can see the sea. The host Eleni was very discreet, kind, prompt, and very generous. Parking in front of the location. The small resort of Psakoudia is charming, it is not crowded and has wonderful taverns. We will be back here next year. Thank you very much, Eleni.

Our stay didn’t meet expectations. We booked a deluxe double room with a sea view but received a side-view room. When we raised this, they explained we got what we paid for and should have booked directly on their website, which felt misleading. The listing mentioned a Nespresso machine, but it was communal, old, and malfunctioning. Additionally, the people hanging out at the entrance (likely family of the owner) were loud, playing cards, and while this isn’t inherently bad, it didn’t reflect the quality for the price we paid. The room was smaller than pictured, soundproofing was poor, and we were disappointed overall. Eleni was hospitable, but we didn’t receive the welcoming gestures mentioned in other reviews. For the price, we expected much more.

It’s simply great, and Eleni is the best host ever - kind, always available, super nice! We have stayed a few times and we will continue to go there for our stays in Psakoudia. It’s charming, welcoming, perfectly clean. It’s in a quiet location, private parking right out front, 5 minute walk from the very centre and the beach. I fully recommend it.

Very nice and confy house .it got everything that you need.close to a tiny beach . The owners are very helpfull . Yoy can find some tavernas in the vecinity everything was somewhat new , the bed was confortable . We staid i a room with side view but was ok

Aiora is well situated 5 min walking distance from all activities and 2 min from the beach. Rooms are brand new with nice furnitures and facilities under your hand. Clean everywhere, with the sweet hospitality of the owner from the first moment. Hope we ll have the chance to go again. Don t miss this family run perfect place.

De gastvrouw Eleni en haar gezin waren supervriendelijk . De kamer was heel net en de airco en het internet werkten prima .Een uitzonderlijk goed bed ! De zee en veel eetgelegenheid vlakbij is ook zeker een pluspunt . Eleni vroeg steeds of alles in orde was en deed er alles aan om het haar gasten naar de zin te maken . Mijn man en ik hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf !
