Pleasant room with good decoration. Window to internal area so air-con required at night, hence average eco/friendly score.

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta, el trato hacia nosotros impecable y muy amable nos recomendaron bastante sitios para comer y cenar y hacer nuestra ruta de turismo por allí. La habitación la mejor, sorprendida de los bonito y como estaba todo al detalle. Volveremos sin duda ????

Hotel vlak bij centrum Merida. Wel zelf wat problemen ondervonden (geurhinder in kamer) en geen wifi in de kamer. Naar onze mening was ontbijt niet op niveau voor 4 sterrenrestaurant. Beperkte keuze (maar verzorgd). Personeel zeker vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar soms kunnen ze het probleem niet oplossen. Binnen in hotel wel mooi ingericht (wat de buitenzijde niet weerspiegelt)

Muy buen hotel en el centro de Mérida. Las principales atracciones turísticas a escasos minutos andando. Personal muy amable sobretodo Javier que te ayuda y aconseja en todo La única pega es que al estar en zona peatonal, no tiene parking . El más cercano a 10 minutos andando.

Es un establecimiento muy bien decorado, limpio, muy bien situado y sin ruidos. El personal es muy amable y atento. Es muy recomendable.

Joli petit hotel au centre ville, nous avons été surclassé, gratifié d'un jacuzzi bien agréable après avoir deambulédans cette tres joli ville chargé d'histoire sous une chaleur écrasante. La déco est très joli , le petit dejeuner que l'on commande la veille est une merveille, le serveur est au petit soin, l'endroit est calme, cela change des buffet bruyant des grands h?tels. Vous pouvez déposer vos bagages devant l'hotel qui dispose de deux places de parking minute puis vous garer au parking municipal situé à 400m environ, il n'est pas donné mais pas vraiment d'autres choix. Excellente expérience nous concernant pour cet hotel.

Holiday in Mérida
The hotel is very comfortable and within walking distance of the historical sites. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful with extra pillows and blankets. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Overall this place is a good value.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, during check-in, they told me that due to new regulations, they needed to know if the person accompanying me was my wife or not. Later, in the room, after using the jacuzzi, we couldn't shower because the shower wasn't working. We found the place strange and unsafe.
