Service for cleaning was very good by our cleaner,he was always there when we needed him to help us out. On the other hand the restaurant wasn’t to everyone’s taste making it hard for everyone to enjoy! More breakfast items and more food for everyone to enjoy. The view from the room was stunning can’t complain about that!The location was also quite inconvenient as we had to find our own ways up the hill and to the clock tower. Other than that cheap and cheerful!

staffnya sangat membantu dan sangat ramah.
terkadang room service lupa memberi amenity baru padahal kamar untuk 2 orang tapi slipper hanya ada satu dan dihari selanjutnya tidak diganti.
jarak dari hotel ke haramain tidak begitu jauh tetapi karena jalan menanjak mungkin bagi sebagian orang sedikit melelahkan dan harus menyebrangi jalan besar.

Excellent stay at Al Ebaa hotel, very good service from reception staff and all others staff , only 5 minutes walk to masjid AL Haram mosque , great environment, great ?daily cleaning by hotel boy , good complimentary service, all staff are very nice and helpful .excellent twin room with haram masjid view?

Staying at this hotel was a delight! ?? The service was top-notch, the location couldn't be better, and the amenities were fantastic. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional customer service, the spotless cleanliness, the spacious room, and the incredible view. ?They also allowed me for early check-in and offer help to look after the luggage after check-out to perform Tawaf Wada. Highly recommended! ??

Kalau punya pengalaman kurang mengenakkan dengan pelayanan hotel di Makkah, maka saya sampaikan pengalaman di Al Ebaa ini sungguh di luar ekspektasi. WiFi lancar, air bersih, kamar ada AC dan bekerja dengan baik. Serta staf ramah. Itu yang paling penting. Cuma saran saya, kalau mau ke Masjidil Haram, bisa lewat Anjum Hotel, agar tidak turun naik jalannya. Jalan sekitar 10-15 menit ke Masjidil Haram.

If you have had an unpleasant experience with hotel services in Makkah, I would like to share my experience at Al Ebaa, which was truly beyond expectations. The WiFi was fast, the water was clean, and the rooms were equipped with air conditioning that functioned efficiently. Moreover, the staff was very friendly, which is the most important aspect.
However, my recommendation is that if you plan to go to Masjid al-Haram, you can pass through Anjum Hotel to avoid steep inclines and declines. The walking distance to Masjid al-Haram is approximately 10–15 minutes.

Before leaving Turkey, I almost changed my mind after reading the negative reviews about this hotel. However, given its proximity to the Kaaba and the fact that my mother was traveling with me, I thought, *“At least let me see it for myself—if I don’t like it, I can always switch to another hotel.”*
To my delight, all my preconceptions were shattered from the very first moment! The staff is extremely courteous and attentive, the rooms are spotless, and the food is delicious. Plus, the hotel is within walking distance of the Kaaba and right next to the bazaar—no need for transportation.
I was particularly impressed by the genuine care and problem-solving efforts of the reception staff. Now, I’m starting to think those who wrote negative reviews might have had some ulterior motives.

Türkiye’den yola ??kmadan ?nce bu otelle ilgili olumsuz yorumlar? okuyunca neredeyse vazge?iyordum. Ancak Kabe’ye yak?nl??? ve annemin de benimle olmas? nedeniyle "En az?ndan bir g?reyim, be?enmezsem ba?ka bir otele ge?eriz" diye dü?ündüm.
Ne mutlu ki oteldeki ilk andan itibaren tüm ?nyarg?lar?m k?r?ld?! Personel son derece sayg?l? ve ilgili, odalar tertemiz, yemekler ise lezzetli. Ayr?ca otel, Kabe’ye yürüme mesafesinde ve ?ar??n?n tam dibinde; ara? kullanmaya gerek kalm?yor.
?zellikle resepsiyon ?al??anlar?n?n samimi ilgisi ve sorun ??zme konusundaki gayreti beni ?ok etkiledi. Art?k bu otelle ilgili olumsuz yorum yazanlar?n biraz art niyetli olabilece?ini dü?ünüyorum.

Location is ideal. Services need improvement. There must be universal electrical sockets in each room.
