Great location near the airport. Room was a good size, but the bed was a bit small for two adults (two double room). Our room needed some TLC, the faux leather bed head was peeling and the wall was covered in scuff marks.layout was excellent, with a good sized bathroom that accommodated a baggage storage area. We did note professional contracted painters in the lobby area whilst we were there so perhaps they are doing a refresh.
Menu options a bit limited but what we ate was tasty, the breakfast was great. There was a charge for room service delivery which we thought was a bit off. The pool was enjoyed by the kids, mildly heated which took the wind chill off a little. The parking was a disappointment as it was ridiculously expensive at $18 a day.
All in all it was an ok stay for the price, though I wouldn’t want to pay any more for a room.

Firstly given a very unsuitable room. Room changed following complaint.
Charge was to be to bank card details given on booking. Guest was charged instead. Not good enough.

She loved the whole hotel, room she said was perfect
Caught up with her for a lovely dinner, to which the service was impeccable, very attentive.
The check in was even early, without any hassle and the concierge was very helpful

The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. You can tell the team takes real pride in keeping everything perfect.
The breakfast buffet is a huge highlight — so many delicious options! Fresh pastries, barista coffee, fruit, and hot dishes made to perfection. It’s the kind of breakfast you actually look forward to waking up for.
We also love how peaceful the hotel feels, yet it’s close to everything. The gym is so well equipped and pool is well maintained.
It’s easy to see why we keep coming back — it’s consistently amazing every time. Can’t wait for our next stay!

前台小哥热情又帅，因为搞错了停车场，差点被锁住出不来，衞浴很大，房间也大，住了超级舒服，停车18澳一天。

I love Marriott’s in-app service. So effective and efficient. Room was fine. Located in a quiet area of Perth. If you are driving, it wouldn’t be a problem getting to the city centre. Food options are rather limited around the area though.
