An overhyped hotel. We went for dinner only so can’t comment on quality of accommodation. We had to wait on narrow approach road for 15 minutes as parking space is limited and vehicles were in queue for entry. Location is really nice with good ambience. Staff were courteous but had to be asked about providing basic things. However, quality of food was terrible while the price is very high. We had to return 3 out 7 spoons as they were dirty. Soup was awful and a low quality restaurant would have served better quality soup. Same was the case with club sandwich. Size of BBQ platter was small with no rice in it. All in all, food was really disappointing specially when you consider the high price you pay for it. We planned at having coffee and desserts after dinner, but considering the quality of food we dropped that plan. Will not go again! Two out of three points I gave are for ambience and views (which you can enjoy by the road side for free).

An overpriced 3 star hotel that charges you for a 5 star, though misses the mark by a mile. Good points: - Cool location with decks and views. - Friendly and kind staff. - Clean food. Good presentation. Not so good points: - Over hyped. - Reactive service instead of proactive which you would not expect for this price. - Not value for money. Vip room costs about 45K PKR (usd 160) per night, but the value wasn't enough to match the high price of the room. - Bed and linen not comfortable. For that price, I would expect better bedding, linen, and bed quality. - Rooms lack quality sleep environment. Rooms are stuffy and lack ventilation, I guess. - Overpriced food. And the way food is structured on the menu is exploitation to me. For example, we ordered some kebabs but to have a chutney on the side, must buy another item. For such overpriced food, I would expect it to atleast not be this way. - VIP room wasn't vip, actually. It lacked privacy as the balcony opened into a restaurant deck, and there was always noise from there and a breach of privacy. Non vip room would have been better, I guess. - Probably won't be staying again if I visit nathia gali in the future, perhaps I would explore other stay options.

Simply unforgettable, we stayed in the 5 bed presidential villa and the place was sublime! Would always go back, service was on point, villa amazing, food unforgettable, views you would travel for. Could have easily been in the Swiss Alps here

It’s amazing place. Hidden in NathiaGali that’s it’s beauty. Very organized and well kept facility. Beautiful view from most of its site. Just breathtaking view from two sitting areas that made on tree top. Little scary when you look down but nothing like it in the area. Restaurant is also has great view. Overall service was good. Only thing single rooms are not sound proof. We were kept getting disturb at night from next door room. Otherwise it was worth the money and recommend highly.

The service and the food was excellent for the two days we were there! I would not recommend staying in the double rooms though. They are noisy and don't seem entirely private - which was the reason we went. The villas with 3+ bedrooms for families are really nice though. The setting: the views of the himalayan mountain range are phenomenal. The night sky, and the villages in the valley are breathtaking at night. The hikes closely are a big plus, especially in the winter, I can imagine this place getting very crowded in the summer from what we were told.

Modern and clean hotel with apartments, activities for kids, a mini zoo and all in room amenities. There's a mini zip line and play area for kids and zoo. Although the cock at zoo woke us up at sunrise which was disturbing a bit. Otherwise it's a great facility with a scenic tree top restaurant. Service is great. Location a bit secluded and away from main center of Nathia Gali. Restaurant food was amazing.
