This budget Accomodation close to Piazza Santo Spirito is ideally situated for exploring Florence. The hosts are extremely friendly & helpful. The Accomodation is on a quiet street away from the craziness of the far side of the river. Lots of cute restaurants and bars on the doorstop. 10 mins in a taxi to the train station. The only fault is the bathroom is tiny and there is little storage in it

Très bien situé et chambres très agréables. L accueil est parfait et le service aussi. L accès est facile grace à des codes et c est plut?t calme. Le wifi fonctionne bien. Bouilloire et biscuits permettent un avant petit dejeuner dans un des cafés du quartier. La petite place au bout de la rue regorge de restaurant très sympas.

L'Althea est très bien placé dans un quartier très sympa, tout près de la San Spirito piazza ou se trouvent de très bons petits restos. Il faut aussi visiter son église. Ma chambre et ma salle de bain étaient grandes, confortables et très propres Denis un h?te adorable et aux petits soins pour nous. Je conseille vivement

A lovely experience from the initial emails and messages with Denis, and his warm welcome despite our late arrival. The rooms were simple, comfortable, warm and clean - and the little snacks, water, kettle and coffee/tea meant we could have a mini breakfast before heading out. Fantastic location, 2 minutes from Piazza S Spirito and from Palazzo Pitti, and only about 15 minutes walk from the airport tram stop at S Maria Novella (if you manage to not be distracted by all the fascinations of Florence on the way!). Great value - relatively spacious double room with big bathroom. No breakfast, but (very quiet!) fridge for your own goodies, as well as pastries and biscuits, tea and coffee, and kettle. 10 mins walk to uffizzi, and area itself has some great bars and restaurants.

Accueil parfait . Service au top. Nous as même aidé à réserver notre parking avec le garage la Perla a proximité. Très bien situé. Pour les visites et au calme le soir. Je recommande.

Le camere sono situate a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma comodissime per qualsiasi spostamento. Ambiente molto pulito e personale gentilissimo e disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Consigliatissimo!

servizio eccellente e prezzo più che onesto, il direttore molto cordiale è disponibile. Ottima posizione e servizio. All’interno della camera si trovano servizi che difficilmente si trovano in altri hotel pagando anche molto di più. Consigliato!!

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questa struttura e mi sono trovato benissimo. La camera era molto carina e pulita e all'interno c'era tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno molto più comodo. Poi, Antonio è una persona eccezionale e molto disponibile e anche il suo staff, molto collaborativi!

Ottimo soggiorno, camere semplici e personale estremamente accogliente e simpatico. Ottima pulizia e ogni giorno qualcosa per farsi una veloce colazione in camera, compresi bollitore e macchinetta per il caffè. Disponibili per il deposito bagagli nel caso di volesse ancora visitare la città senza l'ingombro di borsoni/trolley. Sicuramente da provare !!
