The staff is very friendly, accommodating and professional. The manager Tupac was very nice. The rooms are clean. They have a spa and tried ayurvedic massage which was relaxing and rejuvenating.

Jasoda and Jay Shree were awesome helpers, everyone was personable. Amazing spa experience and food choices, service and taste were all worth it. Very satisfied overall.

The staffs are friendly. We had fun with food, commute and location. Highly recommended place to stay. Shopping is close by and other convenient stores are nearby.

We have being staying at Hotel Amantra Comfort for past several years, hence its our home in Udaipur, most of reviews compliment them for their service, well service to the guests is an jugular/integral part of every hotel industry, but what makes Amantra Comfort stands apart is the Passion and Dedication of their Team, they don't treat customers as Guests but as their Family Members, this is a huge difference. Another USP of Amantra is their splendid and extravagant breakfast spread , all vegetarian and extremely tempting { even for those who in weight loss program } its Headed by Mr Rupam, his round face is always smiling and pleasing, special Thanks to Mr Govind, Mr Moti and Ms Heena for an unforgettable Gastronomic experience , both during Breakfast and Dinner , speaking of dinner, it was simply awesome, authentic, superb and filling . Thanks to entire team of Navidya Restaurant House Keeping Headed by Mr Hitesh was impeccable , Room Cleanliness was top notch , Thanks to entire Housekeeping Team My Eternal Gratitude to Mr Jigar of Front Office, my wife had a sudden attack of Vertigo , bit late in the night , he swung into action immediately, arranged to get Blood Pressure instrument, called up Doctor and stood by us till the doctor arrived, Mr Jigar also arranged to get the prescribed medicines , once again Thank You Mr Jigar Since Leadership is about unlocking people's potential to become better, I sincerely Compliment & Thank Mr Lobo -GM of Hotel Amantra Comfort for Leading such awesome and dedicated team, Take a Bow Mr Lobo. Had a great stay at Hotel Amantra. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was polite and helpful, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Food was nice. Quite surprisingly, sharing of Thali is allowed. Service could be slightly faster. Some additions requested were slipped initially

Hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly , very comfortable bed & pillows and warm blanket. The restaurant inside the hotel , Navidya restaurant has very tasty food,( the best our group has tasted ) and service was excellent. Rupam and Imran Khan ( manager /business operator ) were very attentive with our group needs . Always asking and offering their services.

It was an amazing experience. The food is delicious and the hospitality is superb. Special mention to Mr. Ram Lal ji who served food like a family member. Rajasthani Thali is delicious.
