El hotel se encuentra en un lugar muy estratégico, cerca del centro, mercado y con muchos lugares para visitar. El staff muy amable y el desayuno bastante bien. El único inconveniente es que ha una alcantarilla en la calle que hace mucho ruido durante la noche, tal vez deberían hablar con el municipio para repararlo. Pero todo lo demás muy bien!

Breakfast was good, there were varieties to foods to choose, served eggs upon request. Room was cleaned and quiet with nice view, walking distance to San Pedro mercado, shops, centrally located.

Breakfast was great - egg station made omelettes! We had dinners there too. Very cozy lounge areas with filtered water and tea. A lovely stay!

This Hotel was great!! Breakfast is really good and the healthy options are great. Is really close to all the main spots in Cuzco

The staff was super helpful! Even though we stayed christmas eve and checked out on Christmas day, they were always there for whatever we needed! We thought we might need a room heater and they provided it. We had some laundry that we got done with staff helping out! Would recommend highly!!!

Gostei muito da hospedagem. Peguei um quarto de dois andares, muito legal. O atendimento sempre ótimo. Acho que faltaram duas coisas importantes: telefone para falar na recep??o, pois precisei de toalhas e tive que descer no frio. E cortina! Dormimos no segundo andar e todos os dias acordamos com o sol na cara muito cedo, bem antes do que gostaríamos. Tem três janelas de vidro e nenhuma delas é coberta.

Many thanks for your comments about our service and the room.In fact, we have a phone number to call or message through WhatsApp. It is given with the wi-fi password; we are sorry we did not stress this fact.Besides, we are hesitating to install curtains or other system to this particular room because of the shape required . Habitación limpia, personal amable. La ropa de cama podría mejorar aunque cumple su función de estar calentito. Pedimos un late check out y todo ok

Je recommande ! H?tel très bien aménagé, décoré et bien placé. Service impeccable avec une boisson offerte par nuit réservée et thés à disposition. Personnel accueillant et aux petits soin pour ses clients. Service laverie si besoin. L’h?tel peut garde vos bagages si vous partez une nuit au machu picchu
