The room and breakfast were excellent. The only complaint is that the pool is open until 9, and on the website is indicated that it's open until 10. ?njan now looks phenomenal and you don't even need to go any further.
The location is excellent, with easy access to the old town. The cleanliness, food and friendliness of the staff is without a single complaint. The child especially enjoyed the pool, considering our visit in January.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Amphora from December 31, 2025 to January 3, 2026, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, we were warmly and professionally welcomed at check-in, which made us feel immediately at ease.
The room was very spotless, and the sea view was absolutely breathtaking — truly a dream. Everything was perfectly arranged and exactly as we had hoped. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and very helpful.
The breakfast buffet deserves particular praise: it was one of the largest, most diverse, and highest-quality selections we have ever experienced. Due to how much we enjoyed our stay, we decided to extend it by one additional night, which was arranged quickly and without any issues.
We can highly recommend Hotel Amphora and would happily return in the future.??
The location is right on the beach which is nice if you want that, but otherwise a bit far from the downtown, and taxis are very expensive here, so it would cost at least 25€ to get from hotel to town. The room and view were lovely, but when I moved a rug there were bugs crawling under it. The pool and spa looked amazing but we didn't have time to go so I can't say much more than that. The breakfast was top notch, amazing, lots of delicious options for every person -- spoilt for choice. Loved the amphora displays in the lobby.
