ANCIENT RIVER VILLA — это такой сельский роман: вилла среди рисовых полей, тишина, зелень, поют птицы и шуршат… муравьи в вашем номере. Гостевой дом расположен ровно между морем и старым городом Хойана, до обоих — минут 10 на велосипеде. Кстати, велики здесь дают бесплатно, и это прям спасение, потому что магазинов и кафе поблизости нет совсем. На территории есть небольшой бассейн, но он просится на чистку — купаться можно, но не будешь чувствовать себя русалкой из рекламы. Завтраки простые: блюдо, напиток и фрукты. Если не ожидать шведский стол, то сойдёт. Wi-Fi работает нестабильно, особенно вечером, когда, видимо, сигнал уходит медитировать с видом на поле. Кондиционер дует бодро, но фильтры требуют внимания — пыль там явно древнее самого старого города. Подойдёт тем, кто ищет уединение, зелень и немного деревенской экзотики. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. Check in was really easy, hosts really friendly too. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy, air con worked great and the wifi was fantastic. Bathroom big and towels provided and some toothbrushes, toothpaste etc. This place is fantastic value for money, kept very clean and made the beds for us when we went out too. We stayed in for one of the days as the weather was rainy and ordered food in and the hosts didn't have a problem with this either. Location was good, they offer free bicycles and also scooters to hire for the day. Hoi an lantern market is close by (ten minute drive) and defo worth a visit. Also stop by the lantern lady to make your own lanterns if you have a chance. There was a massive storm and caused a power outage to the entire area, hosts were helpful with this and brought us a little light to keep in the room until the power came back. This place is someones home as well and they do lock up so just be respectful about what time you come back.

Brilliant stay here at Ancient river villa! It is located in a quiet area a few kilometres outside Hoi An old town but closer to the wonderful beach. Clean facilities and big rooms. The staff are easy to speak with and very helpful. Book your scooter there to get around, but the free bicycles are also a great option.

Ancient River Villa is superbly designed to allow large windows, light and a large balcony on each room. Our room was very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. While we didn’t use the pool, it was very inviting. A perfect location for a tasty breakfast. The villa is on the outskirts of Hoi An which made for a quiet, peaceful stay which we needed after the bustle of HCMC. Our host, Zung, was very friendly, sincerely interested in our travel plans, and very helpful when we needed advice. Bikes were readily available for a pleasant ride into Hoi An Old Town. If we are ever lucky enough to visit Hoi An again, we would definitely stay at Ancient River Villa.

Do not recommend, poor service, poor sound proof room, tiny pool, location is quiet.

The rooms were lovely, clean and roomy. The breakfast was good. However it said check in was until 02:00 but no one was there when we arrived and we waited half an hour
