The apartments have been updated to a wonderful standard and everywhere looked clean and tidy. A real holiday feeling awaits you as soon as you enter the complex and the swimming pool is certainly somewhere which will appeal to the whole family including very young children. There is a pool bar and restaurant with a great selection of meals and drinks but the jewel in the Crown is the staff at the restaurant and all the other staff concerned with the running of the accommodation. A great place for a great holiday for families and couples which also allows you to enjoy the dozens of bars and restaurants just a five minute walk away with wonderful beaches just 7 minutes away.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Room was impeccable. Value for money. Will definitely be back. Pool was clean with easy access because of a gentle slope. CJ's bar does a great range of food and the staff will help you in any way they can, including catering for different dietary requests. Be aware that air conditioning is not included in your price and is 10 euros per night.

Booked the Andreotis through Jet2 back in January 2025 after reading through quite a few let say 'mixed' reviews we decided to give it a go and make our own minds up. We booked a one bedroom superior apartment that looked very modern and well appointed in the photo's. We arrived around about midnight.. the porter booked us in and we paid €60 for 10 nights aircon.. He then took us to show us where our room was.. I was dragging two full sized cases and my partner dragging the 2 cabin cases.. he went through the door first and rather than holding it open just let it swing back hitting me (charming) and stood there while I struggled through with my cases then I held the door for my partner. When outside he pointed up some stairs (no elevator) and said our room was top floor (3 floors up) last door on the left then walked back off to his desk without offering any assistance (nice chap). When we got up to our room.. it was one of the nice new modern rooms... spotlessly clean... but it wasnt what Id ordered 8mths ago... it was a one bed studio... not an apartment... So I go and tell Mr Porter and he says I need to take it up with the boss when she arrives in the morning at 11am. I go down next morning to speak with Dessi.. she was very nice and apologetic and told me my room was now ready if I wanted it.. we went to see it and again very modern and clean but ground floor.. right next to the main road and the bar.. so due to its location I opted to stay where I was.. which was all agreed and signed off. The positives of the Andreotis are as follows: Location is good.. 5mins walk to the main *****.. 10mins to Fig Tree Bay.. and bus stops to Ayia Nappa etc right outside. Its a nice looking hotel in nice grounds with a very nice pool area. The staff are generally very nice and helpfull apart from Mr Night Porter. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels every other day. CJ's bar... Ill tell you about these guys in a mo. Now unfortunately the negatives: The main negative revolves around the pool area. The first and biggest problem is there arent enough sunbeds for the guests.. and even tho there are signs saying guests shouldnt reserve sunbeds and towels will be removed.. the guests do... and the towels arent removed.. in fact Ive seen sunbeds with towels on them from 10am until 2pm before anyone arrives to use them. Its not really the guests fault.. there is alot more space around the pool area that could be used for sunbeds but it isnt... You'd think the management would get the required beds rather than dealing with constant upset guests complaining at them about it. The second big negative (for me) is a little bit outside of the hotels control.. but could be better controlled onsite. In the 10 days we were there there were 3 different large groups (families) a mixture of adults and young teenagers. Unfortunately they seemed to forget others were also on holiday.. were maybe trying to relax and enjoy the pool etc.. and the pool area became

From the moment we met Jane and her amazing staff, we were made very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We were on B+B, every morning we were met with fresh fruit juice, before ordering our breakfasts, anything from a full English or Continental or variants of. We had several evening meals during our stay and again the food was amazing, what Carl and his team achieve in that kitchen in that heat is amazing, shout out to the Pie dinners, all delicious, never had a Sunday roast but did see them, they looked delicious! Many thanks to Jane and Carl and all their staff!

Nice apartment and cleaning and staff really nice, really loved my stay. There are sofas and comfy chairs on the picture but notice if you book for 2 then there is only bed and dining table. Breakfast at CJs is not great, bacon tastes like charcoal. When there's pool party the music is horribly loud and lasts more than 3 hours, but we were told one hour. Even with earplugs you are not able to think a single thought. However CJ's could not ruin the overall good experience

The Positives: We recently stayed here for 12 nights and all in all we did have a lovely time. We were in the newly refurbed building in a superior 1 bed apartment and as a family of 4 with 2 young children had plenty of space and a large balcony area. The kitchen facilities were basic, but were fine for what we needed and the TV played lots of UK channels. The pool was deep enough for an adult to comfortably stand up in throughout and the walk in area was perfect for our toddler. The apartments are located a short walk from the main ***** of restaurants and bars and the beach and there is a LIDL that was a 10 minute walk away. There is entertainment around the pool a few days a week. We enjoyed the Freddie Mercury act, not so much the other but it didn’t affect our day. The negative: The majority of the refurbished rooms have a roadside view, which was fine until the bar across the road had music and singing going on until 2am some nights. The pool was warm, not refreshing and cooling at all and the baby pool was often dirty, cloudy and home to lizards! The sunbeds were reserved from early morning, despite signs saying towels would be removed & on a couple of occasions we were left with 1 bed for 4 people whilst people from other hotels were being reserved beds by family members staying at the Andreotis. A few days before our last day we requested to keep are room on later on the last day due to a late flight, but were told no by the cleaner as it was impossible for her to clean it later and were left to shower in a small shower room which did not feel safe and private at all, the door didn’t even lock! The rooms were ‘cleaned’ regularly but the floors were never mopped & ants were always on the balcony and occasionally the room floor. The staff at CJ’s (attatched bar/restaurant/pool bar) are lovely and the food was good, however the drinks were very over priced and we ended up bringing our own in the end.
