Posizione perfetta. Accanto a aperta s. Biagio, zona pedonale ma possibilità di parcheggio ad un passo. Pulizia impeccabile, ottima assistenza per easy check in e check out. Questi i punti di forza. La colazione si puo' fare in un ottimo caffe' ad un passo, con pasticceria di livello.Punti di debolezza: terrazza bella ma molto trascurata. Niente a che vedere con le foto che sono pubblicate. L'incannucciata non c'è più, le piante sono tutte secche, in generale sembra che il b&b sia popolato solo dalle donne delle pulizie ( ripeto pulizia perfetta) ma che non ci sia qualcuno che lo cura. Quel terrazzo così abbandonato a se stesso con tutte quelle piante secche è un segno di incuria rispetto al punto di forza del b&b. L'idea è che sia un po' trascurato. Scale ripide, non adatto a chi ha problemi di movimento.

Hermoso departamento ( Luxury), muy conformes. Excelente lugar . Muy bien ubicado en la ciudad histórica. Fácil entrada, gracias a Julián que siempre estuvo dispuesto a responder y ayudar. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes con la limpieza de la habitación. Pero Julián se ocupó de hacernos llegar artículos de ba?o café

The location of the place is the best you could have in Lecce, just within one of the marvellous gates of the old town. The room was spatious and had two windows that alloud light. Very nicely furnitured with the best mattrass ever - better than at home! And a proper table with two chairs. We were met with two helpful and nice lades working at the place. The communication with the host was very good, he arranged with new guests so we could stay in our room when we decided to extend our visit. Thank you!

Très belle chambre, lumineuse, spacieuse, sans vis à vis , propreté impeccable, literie au top du confort, superbe emplacement dans le centre historique, des restaurants et des boutiques à foison, Check In et Check out super faciles, Pasquale toujours joignable et aux petit soins pour ses clients. Et merci pour le café et thé à volonté, le frigo aussi est appréciable. Je recommande vivement !!! Excellent!!

An extremely clean, beautiful and well located room in the heart of Lecce, together with a convenient price. “And so” rooms are a jewel, we really enjoyed our stay. We found the place in the same day we arrived in Lecce. The check in, check out, payment was on line and extremely easy. The rooms are located in a historical and renovated building in the ZTL area. You can access to the terrace on the roof floor and enjoy a beautiful sight.

We are 7 friends visiting Italy every year - the stay in Lecce was very pleasant - the rooms are located very near the city wall - there are enough parking spots nearby - it's only a 50 m walk to the next 3 coffee shops and a very nice beer place - it took us only 5 minutes to reach the center of Lecce by foot - perfect - the rooms were clean - the checkin was smooth - everything perfect.

Camera spaziosa e pulita, posizione fantastica ma soprattutto la gentilezza estrema del personale che ci ha accolto anche in piena notte, inviandoci su whattapp tutte le indicazioni, sia per entrare in totale autonomia che su dove parcheggiare. Superconsigliato per brevi lunghe vacanze a Lecce. Parcheggio pubblico economico a pochi passi

Magnifique endroit au coeur de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, d'une grande propreté et nous avons très bien dormi. Pasquale a répondu à nos demandes avec une grande gentillesse: Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit charmant.

Uno dei migliori soggiorni di sempre, anche rispetto a strutture alberghiere a 4 o 5 stelle. Camera enorme con anticamera e divano letto, bagno piuttosto grande fornitissimo con mobili panche e doppio specchio, e phon. Potente scaldino elettrico a supplire la mancanza di termosifoni, chiusi obbligatoriamente dai regolamenti comunali, nonchè condizionatore. TV a schermo piatto, stand in legno con poggiascarpe, letto king size, prese ben posizionate per qualunque tipo di spina, scivania con cassetti sedia e due specchi in camera. Grande finestra, lucernario e finestra anche in bagno. luminoso se si vuole, scuri e tende se non si vuole. In pieno centro a Lecce, subito dopo Porta San biagio ad un passo da tutto. Pulizia impeccabile. Ogni particolare è stato considerato. La signora Emanuela non presente fisicamente ma sempre reperibile e risponde subito. Web concierge comodissimo. La struttura è degna di una standing ovation. Bravi.
