Beautifully kept property. We had a large room with ocean view. Very comfortable beds. Anna herself was there every day. While she could not speak English, she was amazing at working with us! Excellent, would highly recommend!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were touched by Mrs. Anna's incredible warmth and the lovely, thoughtful little gifts she provided throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and offered all the necessary facilities we could have asked for, making our vacation completely comfortable and stress-free. The location is unbeatable—the beach is literally a two-minute easy walk away! Beyond the physical comforts, what truly made this a five-star experience was Mrs. Anna and her husband's lovely and loving personality and the way they made us feel genuinely welcome, like part of their family. We can't thank them enough for their hospitality. Highly, highly recommend!

We stayed at Anna Studio for the second time and are more than satisfied. The rooms and amenities are very clean and comfortable, nice hosts, friendly, helpful, very welcoming. A perfect location to the beach, small kiosks and restaurants nearby, a bus stop to Heraklion. A big store Sklavenitis and Lidl can be reached in 8 minutes by bus (bus tickets can be bought directly at kiosks, it is cheaper than on the bus). Anna is such a fantastic cook, we enjoyed the meals she prepares for the guests. If it were possible to give 12 stars of 10, we would definitely do that. Thanks, Anna and the team! You are great!

Einfach unglaublich! Die Zeit, die ich in der Pension Anna verbracht habe, war perfekt. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Meerblick, sehr sauber und hatte einen kleinen Balkon, ebenfalls mit Meerblick. Die Gastgeber sind wundervolle Menschen – aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Anna und ihre Familie geben dir das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein. Morgens aufzuwachen und ein Stück Kuchen auf dem Tisch sowie einen lieben Morgengru? vorzufinden, ist etwas Besonderes, das man nicht überall findet. Ich bin mir sicher, dass dieser Ort ein Platz bleibt, zu dem ich immer wieder gerne zurückkehren werde. Fam Nagy

Les h?tes. Anna et son mari sont très sympathiques et attachants. Nous avons eu l impression de passer une semaine dans la famille. L h?tel est très propre, la chambre parfaite, la literie excellente (pas aussi bien dormi depuis longtemps). Le petit déjeuner maison excellent, produits crétois, dakos, feta etc... très copieux. Un grand merci à Anna et son mari pour leurs gentillesse.

Συστηνουμε ανεπιφυλακτα την διαμονη σε αυτο το καταλυμμα για πολλου? βασικου? για μια ευχαριστη διαμονη λογου?. Ο κυριοτερο? λογο? ειναι οι ανθρωποι του. Η Αννα, ο Γιαννη? και ο Νικο?. Εξυπηρετικοι, ευγενικοι, με διαθεση επικοινωνια?. Οι υπολοιποι λογοι ειναι η απιστευτη καθαριοτητα, η ησυχια , οι προσεγμενοι χωροι και τα μοντερνα υλικα μεσα στα δωματια αλλα και εξω. Διαθετει δωρεαν χωρο παρκινγκ. Βρισκεται 100 μ απο οργανωμενη παραλια και 200 μ απο S/M, εστιατορια και τον κεντρικο δρομο τη? Αμμουδαρα? για συγκοινωνιε? κλπ.

Excellent. The Best ?? is a wonderful hotel. The hotel is on the first line of the beach and the airport bus stops about 200 meters from it. The hosts are very kind. We were welcomed with brandy. The terrace had a view of the mountains and the sea. I recommend!

The pension is in fact a small hotel run by sweetest, most considerate Anna and her family. The building is 3 and 4 storey high, recently renovated and located 100 meters from the beach. The rooms are unexpectedly spacious, equipped with kitchenettes (complete with dishes and cooking appliances), powerful air conditioners and furniture on the balcony. Note that there's no extra charge for the AC and fridge. Breakfast is available at a request (5 euro) and cooked individually. After it, you won't think about food until dinner time. The whole place is immaculately clean and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay in Pension Anna and will definitely recommend it to friends.Wishing good health and stable prosperity to the hosts!

aspetto vecchio, trascurato e poco pulito. troppo cupo per essere una pensione estiva. elettrodomestici obsoleti e non puliti.posate sparse in un cassetto e sporche e alcuni piatti non puliti. il bagno era scomodo ed usciva acqua stagnante dal tombino sul pavimento quando si apriva l' acqua del rubinetto. Quest' ultimo problema è stato segnalato ma non risolto.

イラクリオン近郊で安いホテルかアパートメントを探していて、ここに大人2人と1歳10ヶ月の子连れで2泊しました。 イラクリオンからここへの行き方は、市バスの6番バスのAmoudara行きに乗り、Amoudara地区に入って右侧に风车が目印のWindmillレストランが见えるバス停で降りて、风车の横にAmoudaraビーチへと続く道があるのでその道を数十メートル进むと左侧にPension Annaへと続く道があります。 チェックインはスムーズで特に问题ありませんでした。 用意された客室が2阶（现地では1阶）でこのアパートメントにはエレベーターが无いので荷物を运び込むのが少々大変でしたが、ベビーカーはフロント前の共用スペースの适当な场所に毎回置かせてくれたのでその点は便利でよかったです。 客室は清洁でスペースもそこそこ広かったです。キッチンスペースもありました。 ただ、最初に客室に入ったときに冷蔵库やキッチン周りのマスター电源が落とされており、冷蔵库が全然冷えていない状态でした。 ここはエアコンが1日5ユーロでしたが、私达の部屋は西向きで午后になると非常に强い日差しが入って来て暑く、いくらカーテンを闭めても热気が入ってくる上、窓を开けると隣が空き地で薮が生い茂っており、窓から蚊などの虫がすぐ入ってくるため窓を闭めて有料のエアコンを使わざるを得ませんでした。 あと、WiFiは无料でありましたが客室内では电波が弱くてほとんど使えませんでした。 バスルームはシャワーブースがあり、普通のギリシャの安アパートメントのバスルームです。 お汤は一応出ましたが、シャワーの水圧は弱かったです。 アパートメントからビーチは徒歩3分～5分位、最寄のバス停も5分位、ミニマーケットやお土产屋、薬局、タベルナもバス通りの所に一通り揃っています。 子连れなら风车が目印のプレイグラウンドがあるWindmillレストランが良いと思います。 料理はそんなに美味しくは无いですが、子供が游べるスペースがあるので、大人は落ち着いて食べれます。 イラクリオンや空港から市バスでこのホテルに来るのなら、ホテルやバス停の周辺にバスチケットを売っている店が无いので、买えるなら帰りの分のバスチケットは先に买っておいたほうが良いです。
