Unfortunately, we acknowledge that this information was not communicated clearly enough in advance, and we truly regret the lack of prior notification through the ******* platform.Although we did provide an alternative solution by redirecting you to our sister property, FAY Victoria Beach, where reception is available 24 hours a day, we understand that having to travel to another hotel and manage international phone calls was far from ideal. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused and for the feeling of abandonment you described.We are pleased to know that the room met your expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. However, we fully understand that the overall experience was negatively impacted by the lack of on-site assistance.Please rest assured that we take your comments very seriously. We are already reviewing our communication procedures, especially during holiday periods, to ensure clearer instructions, improved signage, and better remote support for our guests.Thank you again for your valuable feedback, which helps us improve our service. We would like to clarify that we have a fabulous restaurant, Bendita Katalina, open this season for lunches and à la carte breakfasts.Reception is staffed until 6 pm, and keypad access for the front door, lift, and rooms provides extra security and flexibility for our guests.
