The reception is at a different location, but it turned out to be very easy to navigate. The hotel is in a cute little side spot and you will be shocked once you enter the area where it actually is. Very clean and convenient. Highly recommend!

We had difficulty finding the location of the hotel itself and then where we were supposed to check in at. No one shared that the science are extremely small on the side of the buildings and that they’re next to doors.

La ubicación es inmejorable en el centro. Solo el check-in es incómodo al tener que ir a otro hotel para hacer el proceso y luego caminar con maletas hasta la ubicación del hospedaje. Eso podría mejorar, de lo demás, muy recomendable

Our room was lovely! We loved the view from our window, how close we were to the Duomo and the little kitchenette was a nice perk!

Great property with friendly staff and awesome location. Everything we wanted to see and do was within a 12 min walk. The staff was super kind and helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the plaza outside.

This is nicely situated apartment in a great building close to a major piazza. It can be noisy at times due to being in a tourist zone. That is what you have trade off for being close to the Duomo.

Decent place to stay and very walkable to most places. Room was clean and staff was helpful. The property was on the square and there was a nightly singer at one of the restaurants every night until 12 midnight. Something to be aware of when booking a hotel in Italy in March/ April is that they may not have AC or have it tuned on yet. Oyr room was very warm and we'd leave the windows open but then we had to deal with the noise. Good place but probably wouldn't stay here again. There's tons that might have been better.

The directions they gave us to the property were unclear. These rooms are not connected to the main hotel. The rooms were noisy, it felt like the walls were thin. breakfast was served after 8:00 am. so if you have a tour to be at you’ll need to eat somewhere else. The bed and bathroom was comfortable. The room was clean.

10/10 this place was amazing. Check-in is at a different location but the staff is super nice and accommodating. At the hotel, there are snacks and coffee in the morning provided, which was nice. A/C worked well, WiFi was good. Overall, more people should stay here. Great staff, central location in the city, great accommodations.
