Not far to the ciry or to the ferries and the beaches.

An authentic old school styled property, what it lacked in bells and whistles made up for with charm. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, good shower. 5 minute walk to supermarket, restaurants, old town with 10 minutes walk to beach. The host Pera was lovely from the moment we met, she added to the charm, and our holiday.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The apartment is a perfect location just a very short walk to the town and port. Pera the host is so warm and friendly, she genuinely welcomes you and is so helpful and kind. The apartment is incredibly clean and quite, with all the facilities you would need. I will be back for sure
Stay like a local!
This is a very lovely apartment just a few minutes walk from the city center. It was more than enough space for 2 people (my friend and I). It has everything you need for your stay. The short-cycle washing machine is especially convenient. The landlord taught us how to hang our laundry on the line outside (Mediterranean/Adriatic style?), and we felt like locals!
When we arrived, there were welcome fruits of grapes and plums in the fridge, and the next day we were given figs and mandarins picked in the garden. The landlord was very kind and warm, and I highly recommend this apartment!

It’s on a tiny pedestrian street, a short lovely walk from the large outdoor market and the silver gate.
The owner lives upstairs. A very kind lady. She doesn’t speak much English, but the communication was fine.
We had a very wonderful time at Pera Apartments. If being in the center of action, incredibly friendly and accommodating owner, a very clean, safe, and comfortable place are what is important to you, then Apartment Pera is the deal of the century! But if a grand lobby, big screen TV and midnight room service are your things, keep searching.
Pera Apartments is in the older part of Split, just 6 or so min from the Diocletian's Palace, 4 min from a grocery store and 2 - 10 min from terrific restaurants. One of our nights we spent at Apartment Pera, we ate at the Sug restaurant, a Michelin star rates, in just 6 min walk. The local outdoor Green market is just 5 min walk away, and the water front just another 3 minutes further. Everything is very close and walkable. we left early in the morning, and returned after 11:30 p.m. There was pedestrian traffic at all hours, w/o any safety concerns.
Now about Pera Apartments. Its lovely. It had a living room w/ a kitchenette, a full bathroom and a bedroom. The split A/C kept the place cooled, and we turned it off while away. There is an electric hot water heater, which too we turned on only when we needed hot water. Pera welcomed us and gave us an orientation of the place, and gave us the welcome gifts, and was always available just upstairs to answer all questions. She is a sweetheart. We loved our stay there. We highly recommend it.
