We spent the Christmas holidays here and enjoyed it very much. The staff was very nice, communication was quick and easy. The apartment was very nice, clean and equipped. Quiet place but close to the center and ideal location for trips. I will gladly use the services again.

This is a great modern place with spacious well-equipped spotless clean rooms. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. There are kitchenettes with all needed kitchenware in the rooms, so there is a choice for cooking in or eating out in the area, moreover the place offers great breakfasts. It’s definitely worth a stay and we are coming back here.

We stayed for 3 days on the top floor and the apartment was really great. The view from balcony was really great, the place is relatively quiet and distant noises get lost behind sounds of a stream flowing right next to the building. Staff was nice and helpful, breakfasts were very tasty with a variety of options and some changes each day. The apartment was deceptively small "on paper", but it had a maisonette double bed so in reality it was comfortably spacious, which I have really enjoyed. The only inconvenience was somewhat difficult access to a roof window, which had to be opened due to hot weather and closed during rain (the window handle is too high, so I needed to use a chair from balcony).

The 2+2 apartment was huge, with 2 balkonys to enyoy the silence with rippling of the stream close to the hotel. Comfortabel beds, functional bathroom, full equipt kitchen build a home to explore the very nice environment. Thanks to Aplend team!

Clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast option is a bonus, but need to get in early, my favourite makovy pastry were running out quickly:) Pleasant stay, novy smokovec has lots to offer!

Mate checked us in and was very nice. The accommodation fine, and we had a lovely breakfast every morning. The young lady that took care of us for breakfast was helpful and nice. This is a great place to stay while visiting the mountains in Slovakia!

We really enjoyed the apartment as well as the restaurant. We took advantage of online check-in as well as other benefits. Free parking, breakfast included, and the possibility to eat until 22:00. The best part was the view of Slavkovsky ?tít/peak from the bedroom with a balcony as well as the friendly reception staff. Nearby are all services, e.g. skiing/snowboarding at Jakubková lúka (200 m) and cableway to Hrebienok (crossroads of hiking trails).
