We had the pleasure if staying at Araiya hotels & resorts palampur and I must say it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. the lovely hospitality, warmth and attention to detail displayed by the entire team reflects the true spirit of service excellence and food is delicious. A special mention must be given to Mr. Puneet,whose dedication and personal involvement ensured that every dining experience was flawless and the team member Arun,Meenu,Pankaj chef Rajesh and vineet. I would also mentioned a heartfelt appreciation to general manager Mr.Arun whose vision and commitment to high standards are evident throughout the the property. Araiya truly sets a benchmark for luxury hospitality with it's impeccable service,elegant,ambience and caring team. We look forward to visiting again and highly recommend this wonderful property to others also.

Beautiful location amidst the mountains.Enjoyed the silence. Rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Indian cuisine was outstanding. Other cuisines were good. The entire staff was extremely hospitable and cheerful. Special thanks to Mr Arun, Amit, Anup, Anshul, Pankaj and Santosh. Actually, I can add all the names. They were super sweet.

We got the opportunity to stay at this wonderful resort for three nights and four days. The staff was very attentive and available at a moment’s notice to help us with anything and everything we needed while traveling with a two-year-old, and they were very supportive of making sure we gave her what she asked for, without worrying whether it was on the menu or not. Overall, the place was very accommodating, pleasant, and blissful with excellent services. One should not forget the spa's outstanding service at a reasonable price. I specifically want to thank Meenu, who helped us in the dining room, and Santosh, who was constantly there to help us with any needs in the room. I'm not including every other name, but several others helped us throughout our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Aariya Palampur Resort. Peaceful location, clean rooms, and beautiful mountain views. The hospitality was outstanding—staff were polite, caring, and always helpful Special thanks to miss siya, Mr Santosh and miss meenu. Delicious food and great service.
