Situé à l'entrée de Neo Marmaras (en venant du sud), à droite, à 100 m d'une plage. Présence d'un parking devant l'h?tel. Bon accueil. Le lit dispose d'une moustiquaire (non utilisée en mai). Présence d'un mini réfrigérateur, d'une bouilloire (avec 5 sachets de thé, 1 de tisane et 3 de café soluble). Penderie avec 9 cintres. Peu de place autour du lavabo. Le balcon (donnant sur la piscine) est doté d'une table ronde et de 2 chaises. Connection internet laborieuse et capricieuse. Isolation phonique bonne. Petit déjeuner (buffet en terrasse devant la piscine) : charcuteries, fromages, thés, café filtre, crudités, viennoiseries, miel, confitures, corn flakes, yaourt grec, ?ufs sur le plat.

Lage ist optimal, ca. 100m bis zum ?ffentlichen Sandstrand. Keine Seeigel, keine Quallen, nur Sand. Unz?hlige Restaurants in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Besitzer und Personal ?u?erst freundlich und aufmerksam. Beim Frühstück unmittelbar am Pool fehlt so gut wie nichts, ausser vielleicht eine gr??ere Geb?ckauswahl. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Unser Familienzimmer war ger?umig und sauber. Jeden Tag gab es ein paar Flaschen Trinkwasser aufs Zimmer. Auch nicht überall üblich, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Hervorzuheben w?re noch, dass uns Apostolos wegen unserer wetterbedingten verfrühten Abreise nur einen Teil der gebuchten Zimmerrechnung verrechnet hat. Danke an dieser Stelle noch einmal.

Pulling up to the hotel and being able to easily park during a very crowded beach day was an under appreciated event. The hotel has ample off-street parking for the guests. The location was easy to locate on a secondary street. The proximity to the beach allowed for an easy walk. The staff were very nice. When we arrived the beach was absolutely flooded with people. There were no spots to set up an umbrella, nor were there any available spots at the various organized beach bars. Avoiding frustration, we directed ourselves to the hotel pool. The pool provided a pleasant atmosphere. There is a small pool bar to serve drinks and simple snacks. The music was pleasant. The bartender was especially welcoming and helpful. It was a very nice way to spend the afternoon. The outside of the hotel has a somewhat dated look. I attribute this to the rough, stucco exterior. Once inside the rooms, it was obvious they have been updated and provided a more modern vibe. The bathrooms appeared to have been recently remodeled. The shower was small, but well outfitted. There was a mini-fridge and safe located in the room. However, the safe in our room had its battery compartment held together with electrical tape. The entire staff at this hotel was very nice. I can point out the reception staff for the entire day, the morning bartender, and one of the cleaning ladies as being extremely polite, talkative, and pleasant. The vibe the owner has fostered is definitely noticeable and welcomed.
