This unit is saved by a spectacular view.? It's the unit I've stayed in Destin area, and view was simply the best.? Seascape is a great location/resort complex,? and Ariel Dunes II is a very clean,? safe and well managed building.?? That said,? the Unit (2206) is in need of a lot of cleaning and TLC. Items that were previously mentioned in prior reviews are still not corrected..i.e. Mold in vents, smallish, squeaky bed, cracked dishes, no extra blankets, no hangers, no pot holders, no dresser.??This is a very small unit and would suggest no more than 1 person or couple. I don't know how they expect you to open a sofa bed when there is absolutely no room. I will add: Serious dirt and grime up in the fridge water dispenser,? broken mop with a 2 foot handle, clothes washing machine has only hot water, toilet brushes are broken and filthy, balcony table is 2 inches shorter on one leg so you cannot use it, no corkscrew. Many outlets don't work, including one hanging off the wall on the kitchen, master bathroom outlet non functional. One lamp has a dangerous sharp bolt instead of a switch to turn,? chefs knives are broken and chipped on the blades, bar stools are unusable without moving the loveseat, i.e. no place to sit and eat. Key lighbulbs are out, and no stool so couldn't change them. You cannot use the switch to turn on the ceiling bedroom fan without the light.? You must stand on the wobbly bed.?Be aware, the furniture on the add is NOT the furniture in the unit. Someone needs to address these issues and not just say 'Thanks for the feedback.. we'll address them".? The property manager certainly does not.?? ??????????????????????

Stayed in 605 Ariel dunes11 . Didn't spend much time in the condo because we were there for Luke Combs bootlegger bonfire concert but pools and room were just what we were looking for. Came well stocked with all you need for 5 days. Will definitely stay there again for next year's concert!
