After noisy night from seperate restaurant the service mngr and her staff were so apologetic and offered upgrade and explanation for the noise and what they had done to try and prevent it
Location is about 30 min walk from lake
Army base behind hotel is a big negative with gate guards trying to intimidate foreigners with their machine guns and shouting in Vietnamese - NOT A GOOD TOURIST MESSAGE FOR VIETNAM !!!
It makes you question how safe you are in a communist Vietnam

During my stay so far on my third night, I already had experienced several issues with housekeeping and room service that I would like to bring to your attention.
Housekeeping failed to collect the garbage in my room for two consecutive days. When I requested garbage collection at night—the only time I was able to notice this, as we are out for most of the day—the housekeeper entered the room wearing shoes on the carpet. This was done while we were present, which I found unhygienic and unprofessional, and it raises concern about what practices may occur when guests are not in the room. When this was pointed out, the housekeeper’s attitude appeared annoyed and unprofessional.
Additionally, I am concerned that the carpet may not be vacuumed during cleaning, and that blankets and pillowcases may not be regularly changed.
Room service has also been very difficult to reach. I attempted to call several times with no response. I then contacted the receptionist multiple times as well, but my request was still not addressed, which eventually required me to go down to the lobby to make the request in person. This situation occurred twice. I let it go the first time, but experiencing it again felt excessive.
I hoped management can address these issues for the remainder of my stay but unfortunately… .
On a positive note, I would like to mention that I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It offers good variety and changes daily.
Furthermore, besides the complaints I had mentioned above,everything is good. I also liked their pool and gym which is very well maintained and offers foods you can order.

很满意，位置很好，离巴亭广场很近，走路15分钟，坐e09到乐天玛特换成90路去机场也方便。酒店早晨也挺好，晚上房间很安静。

河内住了4晚，2晚住老城，拥挤喧嚣，在平台重新选择了军团酒店，周边环境舒适，离老城、西湖等主要景点都方便可达，酒店规模大，房间面积大，乾净衞生，中规中矩，拖鞋牙具配置齐全，衣架自由，服务规范，早餐丰富可口，前台服务规范，英文流畅交流，住着舒心温馨，携程房价只有Booking的1/3，非常推荐入住。

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was also very good. The staff were very polite and helpful. We would happily re visit.

The hotel it’s overall good for the price- plus they let me check out at 1 PM nicely. Also got me a T-shirt I forgot! Would recommend for families.

位置在市中心，但房间很安静。设施还比较新，早餐也还行，退房后免费行李寄存服务。

The lady at the reception was wearing glasses and a yellow áo dài. She was very hospitable. She remembered that I had stayed here before, which made me feel like I was back home again. The breakfast offered various options, the location was great, and the room was clean. Highly recommended!
