Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely return to ARRIVE.

The room, location, ambience and decor were so fun. I will say, I took off a star because, it’s 2025 and with as renovated and updated as these rooms are, they don’t have coffee makers in the rooms. If they’re not going to have in room coffee makers, they should offer a complimentary coffee carafe in the lobby for guests. Myself & several other guests had the same complaint so I know it’s not just me. Also, the restaurant hours were so wonky that I never got the chance to try it.

We apologize for not being able to serve you at our restaurant during your stay, our restaurant is on abbreviated hours for the holiday season - Monday & Tuesday from 8AM to 11AM, and the rest of the week from 8AM to 9PM. ARRIVE is a stylish, modern stay with impeccably clean rooms and a fantastic restaurant and bar downstairs. The design feels thoughtful and elevated, and the lobby fireplace adds such a cozy, inviting touch. Just a heads-up: the rooms aren’t very soundproof, so you’ll catch some of the nightlife energy at night and the garbage trucks in the morning. A hot tub would’ve taken the experience to the next level, but overall it’s a chic, comfortable spot in the heart of ABQ.

The entire property still feels new and it's Mid-Century modern decor is fantastic, right down to the cute retro mini-fridges in the room. The bed is simultaneously fluffy AND firm, there are plenty of phone/device chargers throughout the room, and the bathrrom was clean and spacious. Their restaurant serves one of the best Green Chile Cheeseburgers anywereoutside of Hatch, NM. Itprefstayc.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Room was clean when we arrived. The hotel is in a nice area with a lot of things/activities to do.

We were in town for a concert at The Sister Bar and wanted to stay within walking distance of the venue. ARRIVE was perfect! We were greeted by a friendly valet as soon as we pulled up to the hotel. Inside the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very retro. The bed was super comfortable and there was a nice shower in the bathroom. We didn't take advantage of the grounds with a heated outdoor pool, lights and firepit but it looked like a high end resort. We also didn't check out the restaurant/bar. Maybe next time? All in all, a very nice experience and good place to stay if you want to be close to some of the venues in town(Kimo, El Rey, Launchpad, Sister Bar). One recommendation: Valet parking is $25.00 and we thought worth it to be parked inside a gated lot. Otherwise, you will have to park on the street. We will definitely stay here again!

What did I like about my experience at ARRIVE? Everything. Great room, good food in the restaurant, and the hotel is beautifully designed with a fun southwest vibe that’s colorful and hip.
