Dear Guest, the villa was brand new in 2022. The photos in the advertising were taken by a professional photographer in December 2024. The photos are exactly of the villa that you stayed in. We are sorry if you feel differently about that.

There is an outdoor spa bath on the terrace of the second floor which appears to be working fine. We are pleased you had a good time and we hope to see you again soon

Dear Guest. We understand you being upset. However, we do all that we can to protect our guests. We have the CCTV, we have the electronic door lock for the outside entrance door. We have a safety box in the villa, we advise guests to place their valuable in the box and lock the doors and windows. But guests, such as yourself, do not shut close the doors, do not lock the doors and windows. Thailand is a safe country if you follow the rules and advice. We do absolutely everything we can to ensure the safety of our guests, but we are unable to lock the doors and windows on behalf of guests. We are sorry that you had such an unfortunate experience and the incident has been reported and we have the suspect caught on area CCTV and he has consequently been arrested, thanks to the evidence we set forth against him, he will not longer be a threat to us or our wonderful guests.
