Comfortable location, high quality facilities, very clean, excellent service, amazing and very polite employees, quite even that location is in the center of the Heraklion city.

Great spot! Just a short, easy walk into the city center. Room was wonderful & parking was very convenient. When you are just arriving, the surrounding area might look a bit different than expected, but it seemed very safe and once you walk into the city it is very nice and cute. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you!

This was the most unique experience ever in renting a hotel. We never saw another human! All communication was done through text/WhatsApp. There are 10 rooms and parking spaces. We were sent instructions on the codes necessary to enter the building and the room and instructed where to leave the key when we checked out. This hotel is very close to the port and the airportwhich is what we wanted. We found a charming restaurant a few blocks awaywith great food! We actually made friends with a couple from Montreal at the restaurant and had a great last evening in Greece!

Near the port, marina and the airport, which was amazing. Sadly I only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again whenever I find myself in Crete again! ??

Very clean room. Parking available. Not sure why room is called suite but it’s a decent value. There is only remote way to contact owner but they are available via What’s App promptly.The area doesn’t offer much as to places to eat or shop but port/ Old Town of Iraklion is less than a 10 drive.

The room and hotel were beautiful. The area entering was very littered and seemed like a dangerous section of town. The bed was comfortable - pillows quite lumpy, noise of the airplanes passing overhead happened until 1 am. Then started again at 6:30 am. The checkin was easy and communication excellent. We appreciated having a parking space while we walked into center at night and into the museum for the next morning. The water and coffee and juices was appreciated.

The rooms were very nicely decorated and modern finishes. Check in was very easy.

The room was decorated stylish but lacked some basic features in the room (no night stands by the bed to hold basic, no night light when lights out it’s pitch black, lighting was dull, and the tv table had to be moved around to watch tv in bed). These things are what caused the three ratings. Otherwise it was a nice place to lay down for the night.

This place was amazing. Super clean. Comfy bed and couch. Well-equipped kitchen. Even a very friendly user printer! But above all, extensive parking in the center of Heraklion (that is a rarity!). They really thought of everything a guest could need. Highly recommended.
