We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.Regarding the cottage size, we do indicate on all booking platforms that the unit is designed primarily for two people, although it can accommodate a third person or two small children if needed.As for the horses, we always strive to provide our guests with the opportunity to see them nearby. However, due to breeding and animal welfare requirements, the horses’ locations can vary throughout the season, and they may not always be visible right next to the cottages, especially in early to mid-summer. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated before your stay.We live next door and are always happy to personally meet guests and show them the horses when possible.
