Thank you for staying with us and leaving a review.the original room you had booked with us on line was our standard small unit, you were upgraded to a larger one bedroom unit.We note about the Airconditioning/ heat pump. and bed. Airconditioning unit is located in the lounge of the unit which operates the whole unit. Which is standard for most motels.The bed is a standard kingsize sleepyhead bed with the option of making into 2x single beds. Unfortunatly the beds are unabe to meet all guests bed preference.We have our luxury units that you may like to book for your stay with us in the future.
